I am rejecting this response because:Date: Wed, Sep 6, 2017 at 12:19 PMSubject: Claim ID#[redacted]To: "[redacted]" <[redacted]>Mr. [redacted], I am not trying to be a thorn in your side, but in reference to the above claim, TabletExpress provided me with a shipping label to return the tablet for repair which I used to return the item more than two weeks ago.  Last week I sent an email to customer service concerning its repair and as of this day, I have not received a response from them or I have not received the tablet back from the company.  If you have not closed my claim, can you please contact the company.  It has been enough time for the tablet to be repaired and sent back to me.
