I'm glad this was resolved.We will be sending a check Monday the 11th to the address we have on file for the customer

Good Afternoon, I was hoping to have sent this though the log in, but there was no way to send a message that was not in response to anything and as the complaint states it has been resolved there is no ‘next step’I would like to reopen this complaintWhile the company promised a refund, one has yet to be receivedIt has been almost two months since the resolution and we still have no contact with the company nor have we received a refundPlease let me know if there is anything further you will need from me Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:As a business owner, if your original delivery time on your advertising product was days and you knew that you were delayed due to a "tablet supplier issue" you should have contacted your customers immediately to make us aware of the delay? A delay is perhaps two weeks, not three months? I truly hope that you keep your word and have mailed a check as you have stated you have done on three separate occasions now? I will certainly keep the Revdex.com apprised of any updates on this complaint.?

I've reviewed all communication and status of delivery for the customerThe customer purchased an advertisement on April 16th The advertisement included custom graphic design by our in house design teamWe worked directly with the customer providing proofs and making revisions at the
customers request after the purchaseThe initial proof was sent on April 17th the final revisions were completed over the next few weeksAs the contract states, we have days to complete all graphic design, program the tablets, and deliver the tablets to the restaurantIn the middle of May, we had a larger than work load and our response time was slower than normalThe communication from the customer escalated quickly and informed us they would be contacting the FBI if we don't respond immediatelyThe customers purchased an advertisement at separate restaurantsof the restaurants tablets had already shipped earlier than expectedWe have no excuse for the delayed and lack of response to the customer during the middle of May, I understand the frustrationSince 1/restaurants have already been shipped, and we have already put in significant time and effort into creating the customers ad, we'd like to negotiate a pro rated refund for any services that are yet to be deliveredWe are still well within our time frame to deliver services, however we still would like to find a solution for both parties.? ?

Hello,I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our company? I will say this much, we have signed contracts with EVERY restaurant we work withAnd this is exactly whySecondly, we sign contracts with restaurant owners, if that owner doesn't inform their staff of the tablets coming in
the future it can result in this outcomeI do apologize you felt uncomfortable or distrusting, but that was never our intentionWe are striving every day to increase our customer service experience and be as transparent with our customers as possibleI was just recently put in charge of customer service, I took the position with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.? *** ***? we have visited glass nickel pizza on multiple occasions and actually sat and watched their tablets go through all of their ads for over hours and our ad is not being advertised whatsoever and definitely not being advertised as per the "contract"We have tried reaching out to you many times brought phone, email, voice messages and we never get a response backWe always get told the same story from the girl who answers the phone "he is out of his office and won't be back for a couple days."?
