Tactical Restoration

I own an emergency flood restoration company. After we dry out someone's home, they often ask for a recommendation of someone who can put it back together quickly and professionally. When they do, I refer Tactical Restoration. In a short period of time I have seen that Tactical shows with their actions, not just their words, that they are a company of hard-working, caring and competent professionals who take pride in doing high-quality work. I would and have trusted them in the homes of my clients and they have yet to let me down. Five stars.

During a difficult time for our family, everyone from Tactical made every effort to help complete our restoration process. They were available, even off hours by text and phone. They provided guidance and updates on completion timelines.

Company was great. I had a water heater leak that damaged my wall. Mario, who did the restoration work, did a fantastic job. I did not want to remove and replace my new water heater due to cost. Mario worked around it and the finished job made the space look like no damage ever occurred. Tactical Restoration was the best price and their agents worked with me on my requests.

We were VERY satisfied with the work. They always kept us in the know of what was going on. If we ever have any problems again we know who we are calling I would,not do business with any other company other than Tactical. Lucas the project manager still checks in with us from time to time to make sure everything is good! We here at the Vah-Ki Court Apartments were devastated with a fire a few months back that removed four apartments from service. We were told about Tactical Restoration through one of our regular vendors. Upon meeting with estimator Tyler W[redacted], our staff felt confident in their abilities. The repairs involved a complete demolition down to the studs and then a full rebuild including structural repairs. While this process was tedious, the guys at Tactical most memorable was Gary W[redacted] who was a key player in keeping the process rolling smoothly. Every employee was respectful and professional. Whenever an issue arose, the guys were quick to provide a solution. Upon completion we are very satisfied with the quality of work performed. We would like to thank everyone at Tactical for working closely with us and if the need ever was to arise again, we know who to call.

What a great company to have to restorate or renovate your home no can not say one bad thing about them. When I need an answer they were always there by phone or email. We also live in Canada so everything that we had to do was over the phone it made our very bad situation a great one. I would highly recommend using tactical restoration to anyone. They are great at everything and extremely true to there word.

Task: Remodel entire residential basement after extensive flood damage (1,700 sq. ft.). Tactical Restoration’s mgmt team was quick to respond to our inquiries. They demonstrated outstanding relationship skills and knowledge of the homeowner’s insurance claims process as they seamlessly interfaced with our insurance carrier (USAA) and mortgage provider (PNC). Tactical’s ability to communicate and work efficiently with the water mitigation company (Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration) was impressive. Tactical provided its own employees to meet drywall, electrical, carpentry, painting and flooring (carpet and epoxy) needs. The assistance we received from Gary W[redacted], project manager and flooring specialist, was outstanding! Team leads spoke excellent English and their crews were highly professional and competent. They brought positive attitudes and work ethics into our home. All crews were punctual. They left work areas clean at the end of each day. Very trustworthy - security was never a concern. We will call them again for future construction work! As real estate brokers, we confidently refer Tactical Restoration to our clients.

My ceiling was damaged in about six areas due to roof leaks. Tactical Restoration was referred to me by my insurance company. They were very responsive and came out to take a look right away. The day of the work they were very thorough. They did a great job covering up all my furniture and any area that would get dust or paint on it. They were professional and quick and finished when they had estimated. The ceiling looks very good and the workers cleaned everything up at the end. I was very happy with the work and would recommend Tactical.

We had water damage to our home. Tactical Restoration did a great job getting our house repaired. Lucas F[redacted] was great to work with,always courteous and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about Tawnya G[redacted].She was very helpful putting me in touch with the right people to get the job done.No matter how many times I called, she was always polite and friendly to deal with. My wife and I are very happy with the work done.

Tactical Restoration demonstrated a very professional approach in the re-construction process to restore our home after a major insurance casualty loss. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they didn't hesitate to redo anything that didn't meet their standards. Their scheduling, and follow through was performed in a timely manner.
