We enjoyed working with Lucas very much he is a real problem solver. He has a can do attitude and if he tells you he will do something he does it. We also had occasion to call the ladies in the office with a problem (sorry can't remember their names) they were very polite and called back with a solution right a way. The sub contractors work was very good.

The Tactical Restoration team took very good care of us after we experienced a flood in our home. Work was done in a timely manner. We had extraordinary circumstances and the Field Manager, Gary was very accommodating and extremely understanding of our unique situation. No matter the task, Gary made sure it was done to our satisfaction. He put us at ease immediately and helped to guide us through our first insurance claim. Gary is a delightful person.

I had structural/water damage to my home from a tree falling on it during a storm. Roofing/ceiling required replacement as well as the carpet and interior wall board/painting. I received a very reasonable and straightforward estimate from TR.
The work they performed was done to my high standards. Gary and his team always conducted themselves professionally. I especially appreciated the great communication I received through email/text/phone calls from Gary. I was never ignored and often heard back from him within only a few minutes.
All projects can be expected to have some hiccups along the way. What sets TR apart from the others is that they didn’t run from the hiccups, try to explain their way out of it, or give me the runaround. Gary addressed the issues immediately and head-on and corrected them. This was such a relief.
They stayed within the estimate and there were no surprise charges or expenses. I can’t emphasize enough how refreshing this was!
It was a pleasure working with Gary and his team. I would highly recommend TR (and Gary!) to anyone requiring work to be done on their home. I can honestly say that they will be the first people I call if I need any work done on my home in the future.

Tactical Restoration came out to our home to repair some damaged caused by a broken pipe including new carpet. We were very happy with all the work they did for us. We will highly recommend Tactical Restoration to all our friends and family.

I got a call from my 13 year old that the ceiling was broken. I came home to find that a pipe had broken in the attic above the kitchen and after enough water the ceiling collasped. What a mess.
Tatical Restoration came in and put in a new ceiling; matched the texture of the rest of the ceiling; painted the entire ceiling; replaced 4 lighting fixtures (upgrade); touched up the walls where needed (different color).
The thing that amazed me was, they did this project in one day. They showed up early and cleaned up and left before my wife came home from work.
I've now have additional projects that I'm scheduling with them.

On July 4th 2015 our apartment community, Vah-Ki Court Apartments in Coolidge, AZ was devastated with a fire that removed four apartments from service. After the fire we began calling our vendors to inquire about restoration companies for this large project and Tactical Restoration was a company who came highly recommended by our regular vendors. Within a day we had Tyler W[redacted] from Tactical on property walking the apartments with us so both of us could get a good idea as to what was needed. In the following few days they met with our insurance adjuster, provided us with a scope of work, and began to schedule the repairs. All four apartments had to be gutted and fully rebuilt. Gary [redacted] was our project manager and was available anytime we needed to meet with him for any concerns or just wanted to ensure we were on schedule. Any time there was an issue, we would talk with Gary and within a few hours the problem was addressed or there was a solution provided. With such a big job involving many trades everything went smoothly from the structural repairs to the final coat of paint. In the end once it was all completed we are very pleased with the professionalism of Tactical Restoration and their staff.

This is the second time that I have worked with Tactical Restoration. They have been absolutely amazing every time that I have needed them. I have had extensive water damage through out my home and everyone that I was in contact with were very helpful and supportive of getting my house back to normal! Very pleased once again with them :)

My experience with Tactical Restoration came about after an unexpected water pipe broke in my wall on Xmas day. The walls became extremely wet, many needing replacement. When called Tactical Restoration was responsive, assessed the damage and wrote a competitive bid. They scheduled the work, replaced drywall, textured, painted and blended them as if nothing had happened. Project Manager Lucas was on top of things to insure the job was completed to my satisfactory. Would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future should the need arise.
