Michael B[redacted] with Superior Plumbing replaced our old "low boy" water heater that was located in the crawl space of our home. The new water heater had to be relocated to our garage at the other end of our house. This was a job that took all day and Michael B. did not stop until 7:00 PM determined to finish the job so we could have hot water. He did not stop all day long except to quickly eat a sandwich he had brought with him. This man could not have done a more professional job, replacing our hot water heater while conforming to all the requirements and codes involved with this procedure. If I ever have any plumbing problems that require a professional repair person, I will surely request Mr. B[redacted]. If he is not available at the time I will put off my repair job until he is available. I am a very pleased customer.
Seth P. arrived on schedule to fix a leak that became apparent on the ceiling of our garage. The problem was diagnosed promptly and resolved quickly. As a courtesy Seth checked our water pressure and found it to 40 pounds more than it should be. He replaced the pressure valve and expansion tank which had already been damaged. This will prevent future leaks and damage in the future. I am 100 percent pleased with the quality of work and professionalism as shown by Seth and the company. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
They were able to get out to my house the same day I called and problem was fixed within an hour. Very professional, price was a little high but for piece of mind I went ahead and went with well known reputable company. I was able to use online coupon to reduce price a little. I would use this company again and would request my same service tech, Jason H.

I got stuck partway through a kitchen faucet repair and had to call for help. Jason arrived the next morning. Jason did a great job finishing the job and showed me where I went wrong. Next time I'll just call him first. He also checked water pressure, etc while he was here so I feel very good about everything.
