I had Superior come to my house for an emergency repair to a water line. I was pleased to hear a live person answer the phone on my initial call. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was kept updated on the anticipated arrival time. It was also nice that Superior sent an email with the name and picture of the technician that would be coming to my house. Jason did a great job of explaining the work necessary and the cost of the repair. He went to work quickly and left the work area spotless when completed.
Cliff was very patient, did his due diligence, provided the right recommendation and completed the job on time. Very satisfied with the work in installing a new water line from the water meter to the house. I would recommend Superior Plumbing to others as well. Great end to end experience overall.

Seth P. arrived on schedule to fix a leak that became apparent on the ceiling of our garage. The problem was diagnosed promptly and resolved quickly. As a courtesy Seth checked our water pressure and found it to 40 pounds more than it should be. He replaced the pressure valve and expansion tank which had already been damaged. This will prevent future leaks and damage in the future. I am 100 percent pleased with the quality of work and professionalism as shown by Seth and the company. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Very professional, price was a little high but for piece of mind I went ahead and went with well known reputable company. I was able to use online coupon to reduce price a little. I would use this company again and would request my same service tech, Jason H.
I got stuck partway through a kitchen faucet repair and had to call for help. Jason arrived the next morning. Jason did a great job finishing the job and showed me where I went wrong. Next time I'll just call him first. He also checked water pressure, etc while he was here so I feel very good about everything.

Keith ** was the plumber who provider a the professional service and was very informative about the process so that I fully understood what he would be doing. Over the past year I have had a couple of occasions to call superior plumbing and have been very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who needs a well qualified master plumber.
