I cannot say enough how professional and thorough the service we received from Ken D. at Superior Plumbing was. We noticed our water heater leaking late Friday night. Saturday morning, he was at our house, ready to take care of us. He even had to build a bigger platform for the new water heater to set on. He did a fabulous job, good workmanship, and the new water heater, all the pipes, the new easy-to-use shut-off valves look great. He cleaned up everything and worked hard. He explained everything to us. We couldn't be more pleased. I am so happy we called Superior.

Paul did a great job of replacing my very old gas water heater. He had to work hard to get the new, much bigger water heater into the space and provide a new ventilation system. While not inexpensive, the work was professional. His time estimate (about 6 hours) was spot on. Definitely the "honest ones".
As usual, we again received prompt and efficient service from Superior Plumbing this week. I called and got an appointment that was a couple of days out but was asked if I was open to an earlier time on the fly if that became available. I said yes to that and sure enough, they were here same day. Cliff was knowledgeable, quick and efficient he fixed the issue, was very informative and left everything neat and in order. Great job by the Superior team.

Not only is everything working properly but we could not believe how great his work looked!
I will recommend Superior Plumbing to everyone I know. Michael is not the only one from Superior who has done work for us. Previously we had a problem with our plumbing outside and we were very pleased with the person who came and did that work also.

Brent was wonderful.Had to have dishwasher installed.The store where it was purchased was supposed to do the installation, they said would need a plumber to move the drain to the sink.Of course their was a drain beside the old dishwasher.Brent came in took the old one out and installed new one.Did a great job,very happy.
Seth has been to my house twice to take care of a plumbing problem and I have been totally pleased with him. He is such a pleasant person to deal with and certainly knows what he is doing. I would definitely ask for him if another plumbing problem should arise and would feel confident that my problem would be taken care of and dealt with immediately.
Superior Plumbing is trust worthy. They tell you the cost before they do any work. We had to have our 60 year old sewer lines in the house replaced. David D[redacted]- Master Plumber was the head of the crew. I got a call first from Abbie in the office stating arrival time. David was there on time. He explained everything that would happen that day and he designed the piping a better way in the basement. Later Seth S. and then Tommy P. arrived to help with cutting, installation and removal. I trusted David with my home and keys because both bathroom had to be down for the day. I checked in throughout the day. David locked up the house when working in the basement. All old materials were removed. David made sure everything worked and that we were happy before we paid and he left for the day.
I am very pleased with Superior Plumbing. Their employees are courteous, prompt and very well trained. The work was done well and in a professional manner.
