Jason H came out to diagnose a ceiling leak and did a great job He wasn't in a hurry and did a thorough job hunting down the cause of the leak I appreciated how he clearly explained his process in terms I could understand A top notch professional This was my second experience with Superior Plumbing (they replaced a leaking water heater a few years ago) and I would definitely use them again
Seth has been to my house twice to take care of a plumbing problem and I have been totally pleased with him He is such a pleasant person to deal with and certainly knows what he is doingI would definitely ask for him if another plumbing problem should arise and would feel confident that my problem would be taken care of and dealt with immediately

They were very polite and helpful and called several times when they knew the technician was running late The technician addressed the main problem and then asked if I had any other issues/questions He took the time to look at a couple of things and answered my questions
Paul did a great job of replacing my very old gas water heater He had to work hard to get the new, much bigger water heater into the space and provide a new ventilation system While not inexpensive, the work was professional His time estimate (about hours) was spot on Definitely the "honest ones"
Superior Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumber within hours of my call The scheduler Emily was pleasant to deal with We received a call alerting us of the plumber's imminent arrival, which was within the hour window promisedThe plumber, Shane, was pleasant, informative, and competentHe quickly resolved the problem, which had to do with a plugged supply valve to a toilet and a resultant leak He replaced a section of copper pipe and installed a new shut-off valve and escutcheon plate
We found Michael Bto be professional, very competent and knowledgeable, and yet personable and concerned In all future requests, we will be sure to request him for our plumbing problems Great company, extremely competent mater plumber!
