Superior the honest one, call...I greatly enjoyed the professionalism demonstrated by both Madison and Seth, two truly valuable employees to whom recognition is justly dueMy project, the installation of a hose bib doubled into two installations following a conversation with "she who will be obeyed"Unfazed, Seth set about installing the hose bibs which required using two of our "artsy" faucets rather than the standard used for most installations, with the caveat that ours may leakThe installations wend without a hitch, but as warned one of the artsy faucets leakedI now need to replace a warn washer, and was instructed by Seth, who didn't typically carry such an animal, the procedure to performBottom line--a quality job performed at the earlier of the estimated arrival times, somewhat unheard of, and best of all a happy wife

MrJoel A*** of Superior Plumbing came to repair a tankless water heater that would not ignite MrA*** was able to quickly indentify a liikley cause which was the sharing of the electrical circuit with.a dehumidify unit He explained that the water heater manufacturer recommended a dedicated power outlet for their units Neither the original installer or subsequent repair persons seemed aware of this requirement
Transferring the dehumidifier to a separate circuit has so far eliminated the burner ignition problem I wish to thank MrA*** for his quick identification of this simply problem that others had missed
