I have owned houses throughout my life and I have NEVER seen a plumber arrive in such a large vanIt was only after the diagnosis that I realized he could install a new hot water heater right then if I wanted he had both sizes in his truckThere was no running to Lowes or Home DepotIt was installed quickly, professionally and cleanly Guillermo was terrific to deal with and is a real asset to Superior
Superior Plumbing is a great resource They are friendly and responsive The customer service representative called on the day of my scheduled appointment to let me know the service technician was on his way When Seth Parrived he was friendly and promptly introduced himself He addressed my issue immediately and even conducted an additional service check to ensure the water lines had the correct pressure As a consumer, I expect responsiveness, customer focus, and technical expertise Superior Plumbing gets A+++ for all three areas I highly recommend them!
These guys are total and complete scammersI had a busted water heater and they charged me almost $an hour to repair it after the cost of the new water heater and they didn`t forget to add in the charge for the service call for a total of for hours workI contacted the manager who made it clear that I was *** They advertise themselves as "the honest one" and I was foolish enough to go for it but DO NOT go for that nonsenseI will make it a point to warm every person I come in contact with to avoid this companyI filled in their survey after the fact and requested someone contact me which of course never happenedI can only take satisfaction in the fact that I can deprive them of scamming anyone I can pre-warnI also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and they said tough
Paul *** of Superior Plumbing helped us with a toilet and water heater problem on Saturday He is knowledgeable and polite He provided education that we needed about maintaining our water heater He was on time Importantly, he was willing to let us know that our water heater was fine and just needed some routine home maintenance Very positive experience
The associate, Brent L***, was the most professional and courteous technician that has ever been to my home He took the time to explain to me what has happened and what needed to be done He took time to look other conditions in might house that might be a problem in the futureHe was not pushy, he just let me know what to look for because they were things that did not have to be done right then but to look at resolving them in the future When I am ready you can be sure that I will be calling Superior plumbing
Ron is very knowledgeable on roofing requirements and answered all my questions He gave me honest feedback on our roof and the price of the entire roof was very reasonable He is very prompt to respond His team started in the morning 8am and finished by 7pm they worked nonstop to get everything completed and clean up afterwards We are extremely happy with the work and best of all there is great warranty on roof If I ever needed another roof replaced I would call Dayton Roof and Remodeling This company does excellent work

This review is for the licensed plumber, Paul A***, of Superior Plumbing This was the second time in the last years where I required the services of a plumber and the service was excellent again The appointment was made quickly, Paul arrived on time and listened to the problem I was experiencing Paul was able to spot the leak in the pvc pipe coming from the washing machine quickly and repaired the broken pipe by cutting out the bad portion and installing a new section of the pvc pipe We tested the work and it was successfully completed
