This order was placed on February 4th and a confirmation email was sent to the buyer at that time. As outlined in that email, as well as on our website, we require an additional 3-7 business days to print and process all orders before they can be shipped (given that most of our products are not...

pre-printed). The order was shipped out on February 13th, the 7th business day, and a shipping confirmation email was sent at that time. The buyer contacted us on that same date requesting that the order be cancelled, at which point he was informed that the order had already been shipped and no changes could be made. We have informed the customer that he is welcome to return the items if he would like to do so but he will be responsible for return shipping costs as this order was processed within the outlined time frame.

We have reached out directly to the buyer regarding this incident. A full refund has been issued to the buyer's credit card and we have indicated that the item purchased does not need to be returned.
