I finally received an email saying my order was canceled and that the money was refunded, of course the company had not refunded my accountAt that time I contacted my credit card company and disputed the transaction and my credit card company (***) reversed the
transaction and refunded my money.Please note, my credit card company did state that the money had not been refunded, they just reversed the transaction since I reported the company as fraudulent because I had requested a refund and they still had not given back my money! Teehood.com needs to be looked into further, I have looked into customer responses to this company and see that more times than not people are not getting what they purchase or the orders are taking forever to get to them

 At this point all the company keeps doing is saying they are sorry, with no true premise to resolve this issue. I did not receive my leggings as they stated on April **, 2016. In fact I received an email on April **, 2016 stating that they were preparing to ship them. At this time I will just need to contact my credit card company. I feel that all this company is doing is dragging this out in hopes that I get past the allotted time frame of a dispute with my credit card company. Unless I am given my refund in the next week or two, this will be the action that I am forced to take to resolve this problem.
