All this company does is say they are sorry with no action to resolve the problem. I also did not receive my leggings on April **, 2016 as they state.

I finally received an email saying my order was canceled and that the money was refunded, of course the company had not refunded my account. At that time I contacted my credit card company and disputed the transaction and my credit card company ([redacted])...

reversed the transaction and refunded my money.Please note, my credit card company did state that the money had not been refunded, they just reversed the transaction since I reported the company as fraudulent because I had requested a refund and they still had not given back my money! Teehood.com needs to be looked into further, I have looked into customer responses to this company and see that more times than not people are not getting what they purchase or the orders are taking forever to get to them.

I do not understand how this is custom ordered. When my husband ordered them, he went off of the Facebook post which took him to the [redacted] website. As I look now, it shows size small-XL and for 63% off. There is nothing on the order page that allows you to select anything other than green bay leggings. So how can these be custom made per my order?! They obviously have them in stock and could easily resell this pair if they allowed them to be returned. Right now it says hurry only 15 left in stock. If this is the case, again they don't custom make each individual order as people order them, they  have them made ahead of time. And no where on the page does it say anything about 24 hour cancellation of order. So now you're offering me 10% off to buy another set that who knows if it will even fit me on top of the almost $70 we already paid for something I can't use, to now pay for a second set that would probaby sit in the bag. How is that good customer service? Very frustrated and very disappointed in the way this is being handled.

Took my money and never shipped the stuff out order [redacted]

I ordered medium pants in February and when I received the pants (in march) they were actually a size xxs. I wrote to them and they never emailed me saying what they would do for me. I wrote to the Revdex.com about a month n half ago about there lack of follow up and when I filed complaint is when they finally replied with an apology saying they sent out a bad batch of sz medium pants and that t THey would send me the correct size. It's been over a month AND still no pants. I want my money back I'm not waiting any longer it has been 3 months since my initial order this buisness is a scam/joke.It's been 3 months I want my money back .. shouldn't have to have wrote to Revdex.com the first time just to get a response. Now here is my second complaint because they won't follow up.

Husband ordered from this company in early October and as of 12/** still no product, even though they say 6-8 weeks for delivery. Now they are asking him to be patient and wait a couple more days. No response from them on [redacted] or via email. Very upset. Started a dispute against them with my bank.
