I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I ordered medium pants in February and when I received the pants (in march) they were actually a size xxs. I wrote to them and they never emailed me saying what they would do for me. I wrote to the Revdex.com about a month n half ago about there lack of follow up and when I filed complaint is when they finally replied with an apology saying they sent out a bad batch of sz medium pants and that t THey would send me the correct size. It's been over a month AND still no pants. I want my money back I'm not waiting any longer it has been 3 months since my initial order this buisness is a scam/joke.It's been 3 months I want my money back .. shouldn't have to have wrote to Revdex.com the first time just to get a response. Now here is my second complaint because they won't follow up.In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
