Hi! I placed an order with teepublic on May *, 2020 and patiently awaited its arrival. I received it on May , 2020 and it was not what I ordered! I reached out and have yet to heard anything back. What I received was the wrong color and the wording on it was completely illegible! I’m highly disappointed because this was a birthday gift for June *** which clearly has come and gone!

I ordered from a shirt and a hoodie from teepublic about 3 weeks ago. The initial timing cited for the order was 11 to 15 days shipping plus a few days to print and send the product out. The items have yet to ship.

I contacted the company about my order, asking for confirmation my order was indeed in the system and was just delayed due to covid or some other such reason.

Three weeks before shipping is a bit much but I would have been willing to give extra slack and continue to wait if I got a response that assured me my order was just delayed and not missing or disregarded, but its been a few days and I haven't gotten any response other than an automated email saying my message got through to their email.

I suspect I won't get a response, as numerous reviews cite either getting immediate responses, or none at all.

Non-delivery of purchase. I placed an on-line order with Teepublic on 4//2020 (Order *** ). I was notified on 5//2020 that the order had shipped and was provided with a tracking number. While following the progress of the shipment I could see that it was picked up by *** on 5/*** and was then supposedly handed over to the *** on 5//2020. The *** states that they never received the package and that I should contact ***. I contacted *** and they state that I should contact the sender. I am not receiving any responses to the e-mails I have submitted to Teepublic.

I ordered 3 tshirts in April. Only one arrived in correct size. I sent two incorrect sizes back immediately. I have been emailing them every day asking for a refund or correct tshirts to be mailed....no response.

We have responded to the customer's inquiry via email and are waiting to resolve this via their support ticket.

I ordered a shirt from them and they sent me the tracking info. I checked it about 2 weeks ago and it was 4 days over what *** said it would be delivered. I have filled out the contact form on their site and after receiving no email after a week I sent them a message of Facebook. I got a auto response with a link to the form on their site. There is no phone number listed so I posted on their Facebook page since sending a message through the form didn't work. After finding the posts from other customers I found out this is a very common thing with them. After commenting on another post about the same issue they replied back they would email me by the end of the day. They didn't. I commented again where they said they would get in touch with me. Finally I got a vague email about how my order was delayed and hadn't shipped yet. I had ordered more shirts in a 2nd order weeks after my 1st. Thats the order they were talking about. I specifically told them it was my order that had shipped and that I need the info on it. I cant call *** because I dont have the tracking number. Thats all I was asking was for the tracking number or for them to check the status of what had shipped already. The message they sent about the second order didn't have any of my order info at all let alone being about the order I sent 3 forms about.

I ordered a product facemask from them, and never received an email confirming my order. Than I went to check the tracking number and said no order found. I have the receipts from placing the order. And I can't call to find out what's going on. I've tried that.

My order *** was never received and there is no contact number for the business. When asked for the item to be replaced, I get the run around and told to wait. I want my money back or a replacement item, but the company has failed to do either.

I received the t-shirts I ordered, but there are problems. I sent a picture that shows the t-shirt I ordered and one of the t-shirts I received. The problems are:
1) All the colors terribly are muted and not as pictured
2) All the colors appear different
3) The lettering above and below the circle is barely readable and extremely muted.
4) The shirts I received have white tags on the neck line that are not pictured on the one advertised.

I ordered a sticker from them about a month ago. It took more than 2 weeks for any information to come back on an invalid tracking number. I was only able to find tracking information on the email that they provided. I ordered from Marietta and my tracking information came back about 2/3 weeks after order, and it told me that my package was out for delivery in Columbus Ohio. So I contacted customer support and they verified my address and reshipped it for me. This took about a week this time and the package went to Columbus again, even after they verified my address.
