I spent over $80 on tshirts from TeePublic. The graphics on two of the shirts I received were very poorly done - they looked smeared and pixelated. It's so bad that you can't even tell what the image is. I just asked that they be redone and reached out, but haven't received a response.

I ordered a t-shirt on Dec. *** 2019. My card was charged, but I have not received my package, and it is almost February. I have checked the tracking number several times only to find out that the package is still enroute. I am requesting a full refund of $21.83 to my debit card. This company has several terrible reviews from other customers, and needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered a t-shirt on Dec. *** 2019. My card was charged, but I have not received my package, and it is almost February. I have checked the tracking number several times only to find out that the package is still enroute. I am requesting a full refund of $21.83 to my debit card. I Have ordered a Steven universe Hoodie on the *** of December as it was on sale and now on the day of writing this it's *** January and I still haven't received the package, its Absolutely outrageous that it took a whole month and it still hasen't arrived in the 21st century. I'd want to know what happened to my package or at least a refund

I have yet to receive my order from these guys. I liked the design and wanted to surprise my kids. They created a shipping label and never sent the package. I've had to contact them several times to try and sort out my issue and so far nothing has happened. Just lame emails that add up to nothing being done. I will not do business with them in the future because even with the fun designs, they are not worth it.

I didn't see any emails in our system from you, so I've gone ahead and refunded the entire cost of your order. If you would like to place a different order and ship to the Florida address we can absolutely help you out - just send an email to our team.

I ordered 3 tee shirts well before Christmas and paid $6.99 shipping to have them before Christmas. two came and the packing slip even says 2. when I went to check on the rest of the order it says delivered. I have called, emailed and gone on the facebook page everyday since December *** 2019 and no one has answered as promised in the emails. this is so frustrating that they do not answer anyone, are still in business, and have basically ignored every complaint and question regarding paid for items. I really hope some can get through and find out where all our orders and money went. my order number is *** and I have told them repeatedly I am missing the happy camper tee shirt that I paid for.

I place an order for four tshirts on 12//19 and paid for expedited shipping to receive them by christmas. On 12//19 I received an email stating a UPS label had been created, the tracking info provided by TeePublic still says it's 12//19 and a label has been created. I've emailed several times to find out a valid tracking number and delivery date and NO ONE will give me that information. $70!!! It may not be a lot to you, but it is to me and the family that came in from out of town went home empty handed for $70.

Ordered a t shirt on Dec *** with confirmation of being delivered by Christmas. I still have not received the shirt. I have contacted them 3 times and they responded with a 25% off coupon. Would like a refund. Very disappointed.

ordered shirt on 12//19 assured delivery prior to Xmas, payment was charged on 12//19 they claim to have shipped on 12//19 but USPS states nothing has ever been received, as of today 01//2020 no product, replacement or refund has been made and the company has ignored repeated requests for info on this issue.
