I ordered a sweatshirt from their website on December *** for the price of $39.99. When I made the purchase, I paid $9.99 for shipping. When I made the purchase their website said "delivered by Christmas". It was not delivered by Christmas and I want a full refund. When I contacted them about being dissatisfied about not receiving the product I paid for, it look them multiple days to respond and they ignored my requests. At minimum I should be refunded the $9.99 since the product was not here by Christmas. I am not interested in the product anymore and want a full refund. It's now December *** the day after Christmas, and I still do not have the product although the shipping tracker claims it should have been delivered all the way back on December *** (I have pictures, screen shots, order numbers, etc to prove all of this.)

I placed an order with this company for two T-shirts. I paid for expedited shipping so that I could have them for Christmas. They were never sent and the company will not respond back yet my card was charged.

Although I appreciate that my money was refunded that still doesn't change the fact that the business lied and said that my item has shipped and would be there for Christmas. I inquired a couple times and got that same answer. I would accept that you couldn't fulfill the order if you had just let me know so I could make arrangements for another gift. Instead, I was told up until the very end that it would be here and so I was without a gift and looked like a fool. My money wasn't even refunded until I made a complaint to the Revdex.com. This is my first experience with this company and my last. They seem very untrustworthy because of the way they handled this order.

I placed an order 12//2019 for two shirts using their expedited delivery option so it can arrive before Christmas. I received an email saying the order was shipped 12//2019 @8:11 EST. I’ve monitored the tracking order on the *** site and it still continues to say that they are awaiting shipment to arrive at their facility which means it hasn’t shipped out yet. And this is as of 12//2019 1:37 AM EST

Ordered a shirt in 3XL as a Christmas gift. Received my order and saw they sent a 2XL. Sent an email informing them of the mistake. Took them 2 days to get back to me. They ask me if I want a refund or replacement. (Even though in my first email I asked that they send me the correct size ASAP since it's a Christmas gift.) I reply same day and say I want a replacement. The following day I am asked for a photo. Understandable- but why wasn't I asked to send a photo in their first email to me? I made it clear from the beginning that time is of the essence. I've sent the photo yesterday and still no response. It's now been 4 days since I started my correspondence with them about something that is THEIR mistake. No one is stepping up to make this right. Absolutely awful customer service response time. Also- their website falsely claims they offer Live Chat, but it is never available.

I recently purchased two shirts from the company. When I received them the shirts looked nothing like the advertisement. The quality is poor. The images look smeared and pixelated. The company refuses to answer my emails.

On December *** 2019 I order two Tyler Childers T-shirt’s off of the TeePublic website. Before placing the order, I selected the shipping option to have my product in 7-10 days. 16 days later and still no product. I’ve emailed the company with no response. I’ve tried searching for a number to contact them but apparently they do not offer a contact number.

Ordered an item on December *** and was not shipped till December ***. I paid $20 for 3 day shipping. Item was not processed until December *** as well in which a label has been created not shipping. Needed this item for December *** and will not have it clearly. This company is very hard to contact and get any answers from.
They did tell me in an email if I were to have purchased this on the *** I would have it by Xmas. I purchased this in the ***!!!!!

I am so sorry that your item printed later than you hoped - but luckily the warehouse was still able to get this out on time, and the tracking link shows that your package is out for delivery this morning - right on time. If for any reason it does not arrive, please let us know so we can make it right.

Placed an order on their website on 12//19 and received an update that my item had shipped on 12//19. I checked the UPS tracking they provided and continue to check for an update to receive my package that has yet to arrive but was guaranteed in 7 business days. Here we are on Dec *** and have yet to see that my item has been shipped from UPS. I have attempted to reach out by email several times now to only be told to confirm my address which I have multiple times. There is no feedback or response when asked for a full refund or guarantee my shipment as the website promised. Will never do business with this company again and have yet to hear what this company is going to do to resolve the problem they created and refuse to fix and acknowledge!

I placed an order and paid for 3-5 business day shipping which includes the 3 day printing time according to the website. Since my order I have not received a tracking number and no response to any of my emails.

I ordered and paid for a sweatshirt in size large. I I paid $42.48. The company sent only a t-shirt in size 3XL. I contacted them on several occasions to get the correct product with no avail. No way to chat or call them, only send email. I have requested my money back or correct product.

I ordered 2 of the same shirt, same size and everything and instead of getting two of the same shirt I got one of the shirts I ordered and then I got a completely different shirt. When I say different if you could create the exact opposite of the shirt I got that's what I ended up with. I needed this shirt for my coworker and I for our annual Christmas play at school. I ordered 2 green shirts that had gingerbread men on them and said smart cook. I was sent a 4x BLUE shirt with a picture of.some random person holding a slurpee and a woody woodpecker. Seriously? And god forbid you can get ahold of anyone. I still have not received any sort of response and I've sent 4 emails!!! Needless to say I'm SUPER ANNOYED FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY and will never use this website again. Now my coworker and i.have nothing to.wear and its 2 days before the show! Thanks a lot TeePublic!

1. they have no telephone number
2. the chat system they say they have on their web site does not exist
3. they think every complaint can fit into neat little ticket category (it is difficult to have a conversation by email)
4. They never responded to the multiple emails I did send (other than automated responses that never answer my question)
5. They messed up my order the first time
6. They are only giving me half of my corrected order
7. I will likely not get my items in time now (I need them BEFORE the ***)

1. You have not given my money back as you have stated. I checked my account today and all I got back was the $7.40 shipping charged. I paid 34.96 in total.
2. I need my shirts by tomorrow and I checked the current status and they haven't even been shipped yet (they are still printing). They will be too late
3. I first discovered the size was wrong on Dec. *** and emailed on Dec. ***. The same day I got the items. You responded Dec. *** and I responded back that same day. Problem is that the corrected order only contains half of my stuff (and apparently that is being shipped to me as well and it looks like I will get that INCORRECT order on time). If only you could have gotten it right with your 2nd chance. Apparently it takes 3.
Whoever prepared that order didn't read my "TICKET" correctly because they only sent me 1 of the shirts and because you insisted on taking down chat and telephone communications I could not tell you on time. I had to resort to contacting you through social media and Revdex.com. Apparently this is your customer service line. Even still, you finally realized what was wrong on Dec. *** and I would have given you until Dec. *** to get it to me, but because your fastest shipment method is a week and it apparently takes another 3 days on top of that to "print" it, it will now be late.

I see a replacement order for you being delivered on 12/*** and no subsequent emails in our system. Please let me know how this order turned out, and what else we can do to make it right.

I bought a long sleeve shirt with Clint Eastwood on it & one of his lines from a movie. I could not see clearly the writing or the image. It also had a hole in it. I paid $20 plus shipping. This was to be a Christmas present. What a big disappointment. I didn't see a number to call. They sent me an email about sending me another shirt in a lighter color. I have ask for a refund.

Ordered a shirt on 9/*** and paid extra for expedited shipping (4-7 days) which would arrive on October *** at the latest. Just received a notification from the tracking label that it JUST printed the label today 9/*** The order will not arrive for another week or so.

This leads me to believe that this company is pocketing the excess shipping fees and using standard shipping. This is theft. The companies phone number hangs up on you when you try to call it and emails are not responded to.

I want my money back from this shady company.

We responded to this customer's ticket opened with us and refunded the shipping charge in full for the fulfillment center's delay. Action was taken 8:17am on Tuesday Oct 2019.

The product was different colors, making the shirt not wearable for me. This is a waste of money. Refund me my complete purchase immediately. People don't go to work and make money so you can take it from them.

TeePublic messed up my order and at the same time, unknown to me, an order my sister placed. They charged me for both my order and my sister's orders without my consent! Again, the orders were both wrong as you can see in the emails.

I believe that the company should be investigated on this and be given a bad rating by the Revdex.com.

The company's owner needs to make amends for using my credit card number for another person's order.

We have refunded and cancelled all associated orders at the request of the customers. Both orders referenced were placed under one person's name, and it looks like there was some confusion at checkout when the orders were placed. We do not charge or recharge customers without communicating that it is happening.

Today I received this email. I have not received anything prior to this nor did the company notify me or contact me in any way. They also refused to talk about my credit card being used for someone else's order. Nor did they address the fact it was two different mailing addresses with two different first names! They did not address the fact that Anita lied in her email correspondence to *** and myself.
This is a totally unacceptable response from the person who responded to the Revdex.com! PERIOD!
Unacceptable! Not satisfied! The company's owner still needs to make this right by me!

The orders have been fully refunded and cancelled. We do not save customer billing information, including credit card numbers, so any submission of an order placed with another person's billing information would have to have been done on the front end, at checkout, by the customer in question. No further action will be taken.

No! The company REFUSES to accept blame for using my bank card on someone else's order without my permission. I have the documents to prove it! I closed my account without any reason and sent for support and did not find any response and in some time I find my designs live I want to recover my account with the deletion of the contrary design Is there a chance to recover the account and can I get my profits after the closure I want to solve

There is no response and treatment is bad and there is no cooperation and no help from the second party and if the reason to close the store design is contrary This is not fair because there is similar on the same site a large number and I trust in every design I have no right and feel the racism of the support team

I had a store at Teepublic for many years and accumulated over 100 designs and about a month ago they deleted my account. No reason given, no warning of any kind, no mention of any issues with any of my t shirt designs. I tried emailing both legal dept and customer service and I get no response whatsoever. Even chat deletes me. I deserve an answer as to why my entire account was suddenly deleted.

My request was completely ignored. I have no idea what I did wrong. I would have to go to your page of listed rules and regulations, and then guess. In addition, they said 'multiple' which makes me all the more perplexed. As all my designs are my own, all the ideas are completely my own I copy no one, and the images used are either my own photography or computer design, or a commercial free image from Pixabay labeled free for commercial use. I can only assume that one of the other designers 'took me out' and sabotaged by designs somehow. There was one time recently when I noticed one of my older designs was at the very top, just a week or two after I had sorted them specifically different. I had checked my site since sorting so I know someone was into my account, but I ignored it as a glitch at the time. Another store would not allow my NWO spoofs, apparently making fun of those who rule the world is a no-no, and I had some of those at Teepublic. Even then just the designs were taken out of the store, not my entire account. Again, I just have to guess, I guess. I will not be recommending Teepublic to other designers.

I have been a customer of TeePublic for 2 years. For those 2 years, I've bought a dozen and a half, maybe two dozen shirts, and they have all been uniformly satisfactory in their appearance, their fit, their print quality, their shirt quality: the shirts were thick enough that they did not show skin underneath and, most importantly, they did not have tags at the neck. When I bought from Teepublic, I always knew what I was getting. Until, one day, suddenly I did not. I placed a larger order to stock up for the summer, and the shirts I was sent, despite not being made aware of it upon my order, were NOT the shirts that I'd been buying regularly for two years. These shirts were too thin, they fit me much tighter, and all had tags at the neck that irritate me. I emailed them about the discrepancies and asked for a replacement order of the original shirt styles or a refund. They emailed me back with the message that "The products are still the same, even though they may look a little different when they arrive!" I replied AGAIN documenting my problems with the shirts and asked AGAIN for either a replacement order featuring the original shirt style or a refund. This time, they emailed me with instructions to photograph the shirts for them, to measure their sleeves, to show the label. In my view, I'm not working that hard to make a return. I ordered 9 shirts from them; I'm not going to measure sleeves and take photos of 9 shirts. I just want to return the shirts and get correct replacement — the shirts I had believed I was buying due to 2 years of being a regular customer of the site — or a refund. They surely know they are selling me different shirts, and I resent deeply the way they are trying to pretend that they are not selling different shirts; I deeply resent that they're treating me like I am delusional and imagining completely different fits and tags on the neck.

We advised the customer that without photos of the shirts in question we are unable to determine if they received the correct product or not, as well as advising that shirts will now arrive with the manufacturer's tags instead of without. Since the customer has refused to comply with this policy, we have refunded their order in full.
