Purchased two shirts from their site as Christmas gifts, after one wash the designs disintegrated. Sent a complaint to them, no response, posted on social media and still have not gotten any correspondence about making this right. Dozens of comments deleted on their social media from people saying their items are poor quality and a failure to deliver. Garbage company.

On December *** I purchased two Jesus BRyce T-shirts from the business. Order *** They sent me a paypal Invoice and it was paid. I had NO communications from them for 10 days. I emailed them, and they replied to me with the tracking number which states that the items were delivered on OCTOBER *** (10 weeks BEFORE I even ordered the item), to JAMAICA, NY. While I am in Lake Zurich, IL. How can they deliver the item 10 weeks before I order it is beyond me. As of now I do NOT have the items ordered.

I placed an order on December *** 2019 (order #***) It showed on the order confirmation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I did not receive it by Christmas and then on December , 2019 I received order #***. Which was a completely different order and had the customers name and address on a form inside the order. I am sure that where ever my order went, someone has my name and address too.
I think it is terrible that you cannot contact this company by phone and they do not get back to you in anyway what so ever. I got some random email offering 25% off my next purchase. When I went onto their website to contact them, they are offering 25% off to everyone. So, obviously they don't care about resolving current customers problems. They just want new customers.

I had made an order on 12//19 for 3 shirts, paid extra for 4-7 day shipping to have them arrive by Christmas. I received an email to confirm shipping on the ***, but the tracking I was provided has never worked. I sent a few emails and got a response to the effect that if the shirts had not yet arrived then they would reship as soon as I confirmed my address again. I did so within hours of getting the email days ago and since then haven't gotten my shirts or any other response.

I order an item on this website the *** of december, they have me a tracking number that doesnt seems to work well. They said it was suppose to arrive before christmas, but nothing happen. I wrote to them, they said theyll ship another one, but no news since a week. Their Facebook page is full of complaint. I believe its fraud

I see that we've already sent your replacement order out to you and it was processed in the Canadian facility last week! Hopefully this order should make it to you. I was received guaranteed delivery before Christmas time as I ordered the beginning of December. My package has been missing in action for weeks now with no help from the company. it's been sitting an hour away from me in Springfield Missouri with no update on tracking for 8 days now but it's still not at my doorstep and it's past Christmas I spent good money to get this gift for my grandmother and now it's already past Christmas I cannot get ahold of any single human being at this business as I've sent multiple messages. By now it's a waste of time and I will absolutely never use this company again as they don't know how to run a business properly, they have no customer service skills.

I was refunded $10 for no product and a ruined Christmas present. I woupd like a full refund. Tee public has no customer service skills and solves no problems. I expect a full refund of $39.99

I ordered a t-shirt on December *** for $14.99. I paid an additional $19.99 with their assurance that it would be delivered Before Christmas. They generated a ticket stating that it was to be picked up on the *** but, to date, today the *** it has still has not shipped. I have tried to contact him several times and I get a form letter back. I am certain that I have been scammed. I want my entire money back. The gift was my son's t-shirt which accounted for 50% of his entire gifts for the entire season. Thanks a lot.

I ordered my husband two shirts for Christmas. One arrived beautifully. The other was not printed well. The image was very off center. I didn’t notice until my husband opened it on Christmas.
I cannot get ahold of anyone to fix it. They advertise live chat, but there is no where to use it. I haven’t received any response to the email sent.
My husband is disappointed that he can’t wear his gift and I’m disappointed in the complete lack of customer service.

I'm so sorry that your shirt wasn't printed well, and that you had a hard time getting in touch with us over the holidays :( I see that my colleague has issued a replacement order be sent to you for the damaged shirt, which looks to have been delivered! Please let us know if you have any issues with the new order.

I have had multiple problems with orders that were not delivered (some not even shipped out) and because I had so many problems, I had to write to the costumer service a lot and eventually they have just stopped answering me altogether. Since they are now ignoring me completely and there's no phone number I can call, this is the only channel I can think of to have my issues resolved.

Order #*** ordered on 12//19 hasn't ever been shipped out.

Order #***, ordered on 12//19, teepublic guaranteed it would be delivered by Christmas but they never even sent it out.

Order #*** was placed on December *** and was also guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas, but tracking information just stopped updating on 12//19 and it looks like it won't be delivered at all.

Order #***, placed on December *** and according to processing and shipping times displayed by Tee Public upon checkout, it was supposed to have been delivered by the *** but today is the *** and the tracking information also just stopped updating on Dec ***.

Order #***, ordered on 10/*/19 was shipped to Brazil and tracking information says delivery was attempted however there was no sign of an attempted delivery, UPS hasn't left any notes or instructions for pickup, until it eventually sent the order back. Teepublic sent a replacement order #*** and the exact same thing happened.

I need to be refunded for all these orders since they were all supposed to be gifts and I had to go out and buy something else.

I ordered 2 shirts to be printed on both sides on 12/*. These were Christmas gifts and I figured they had more than enough time to print and ship me 2 shirts. By 12/*** they still weren't shipped out. I contacted TeePublic by email. On 12/*** someone said the shirts would be sent soon. On 12/*** I finally got a shipping notification. On 12/*** I got the shirts. Only 1 shirt was printed on both sides. The other one was printed only on the front. I immediately contacted TeePublic by email on 12/. They don't offer a phone number, and tell you the "contact us" through email option is more efficient and quicker than them answering a phone. They also say you can click the live chat bubble in the bottom corner of the screen, but one does not exist. They also tell you not to send multiple emails or you will be pushed to the back of their queue. Finally on 12/*** someone named Amanda emailed me looking for more info and pictures. I emailed her this response and 5 pictures (attached) on 12/: "Attached are 5 pictures. First shows my email receipt showing the mens 2XL white shirt was supposed to be double sided. Second shows what the front looks like per your website (the front was fine). Third shows what the back looks like per your website. Fourth shows the front of the shirt we received (which was fine). Fifth shows the back of the shirt we received, which was supposed to be printed but came blank." Today is 12/*** and I'm still waiting for a response. I want a correct shirt:

I placed an order for 3 items for christmas on 12//19 for $80.99. money was deducted from my debit card on 12/. As of today, no shipment after multiple times trying to contact TeePublic. I did receive a message from a "stephen" via email on 12/*** that my shipment would arrive on 12/*** but nothing. When I go on their site and attempt to track it states "waiting for *** pickup". Very frustrated! Buyer BEWARE

I ordered (and paid more for shipping) shirts from TeePublic on Dec. . They promised the shirts would be here by Christmas. I got an email from them Dec. *** that said my shirts were shpped. I tried to contact them on Dec. *** since UPS tracking (on Dec. ) said that they had not received the package; only a scan that it was coming to them, and I was worried that it would be late. It is now Dec. , and I have tried to reach them; they do not do customer service at their phone number. I do not have my shirts, and UPS tracking still says the same thing.

I placed an order using their sizing chart and sizing photos, etc. When the item arrived, the size was all wrong, and I really would like an exchange or a refund because their size charts are not correct. Regardless, I've emailed several times and have had no response. Their phone number does not go through to a live person, and hangs up on you. Cannot even leave a message. Their FB page has an automatic "email us" response when you try to send a message that way. However, someone is monitoring their FB page because they are still posting every day. I'm out $41 and they do not respond.

I ORDERED A TSHIRT AND IT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE IVE CONTACTED TEEPUBLIC AND THEY ASKED FOR PICTURES I SENT THE PICTURES 3 TIMES AND EMAILED THE ON 6 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND STILL NO RESPONSE my order number is *** NOT SURE WHAT TO DO
