Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I personally know that I ordered my products directly from the Seller dashboard, I did NOT search the marketplace And yet even those products are showing up as TeeSpring Marketplace sales and thus TeeSpring is stealing $6.75/item from the seller and, consequently, from the non-profit animal rescue that the products support And you can also strip personally identifiable information from a search result and share the remaining info, you just refuse to because you know you are in the wrong. I need to know what credit card was used
how did they use my name and my email address to order
how did they know my home address
how can I change a card when I don't know who used my name and informationthis is identify thief
I was told you contact Revdex.com to let them know of this behavior since this company has had problems reported to the Revdex.com
I am doing what I was told
the fact that someone used my personal information to order my email my home address and I don't know what credit card information upset me to no end
I cancelled the order via treesprings websiteyou can't contact them via phoneso I had no choice..but it leaves me in the dark
I do run anti spy etcall the important things on my computer hours a day forthis is theft and I need to know how I am to cancel this without knowing how or why this happened to howis the question
I reported the identify theft to the bureau and called the Revdex.comi am doing what they suggested I do
I have been hacked now this is the 4th or 5th time
I don't now what else to saywhere do I go from hereyou mean there is nothing that can be done about people who steal others personal informationno way to track it and punish the offendes??/

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: There is obvious fraud going on and the company doesn't seem to want to find out where it is coming from They say there is "no way" to block my information in the system (?) Why not? They also say the card must be keyed in every time an order is placed, but this was happening after I had a new card issued and have not used it -- not online, not in stores, not at all since it's been replaced But *** could still charge it I don't think it's right to refuse to either investigate how this is happening, or forward the any and all information about the situation to the customer so he/she can investigate There were so many charges and so many refunds and these were also moved to the new card that I have no idea if I have been reimbursed for everything I was fraudulently charged.Sincerely,*** ***

If there are any additional user-generated campaigns visible on our platform that Ms*** contends are infringing we request that she identify such campaigns by filing an IP claim via ***. Dear ***,
I have just received my Zulily shipment and have gone over the contents. I am thrilled that I have the items for my grandbaby for our little vacation at an Ohio Resort this weekend! Thank you very much for your help in getting everything to me "on time"
The only error I see are the *** glasses. I ordered The Pueblo glasses and I received Yucatan glasses. If you go back in my ordering history, I have ordered the Pueblo style glasses before, and unfortunately I broke one of the glasses and I was really trying to replace it, because I liked that style of glass. The packing slip even says that Pueblo glasses are inside; however, the glasses in my order are Yucatan glasses. I am okay to just "let this slide" since I know you have worked wonders to get my claim with the Revdex.com here, resolved, and I am very appreciative of your help and support
