I am really sorry to hear of the false advertising you seen on [redacted] regarding a campaign available on our site. Because of the way our company works, sellers are solely responsible for their designs (campaigns) including all advertising. They design and launch their campaign as they...

see fit - set all of the pricing and products available, decide the length the campaign will be available, and are completely responsible for their own advertising and marketing. 
Although we do not have control over what our sellers may be advertising, we can report any advertising to [redacted] for review if they're not following the terms and conditions set forth. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this matter may have caused you. Upon looking at your order, I see that my colleague has already given you a full refund for your order although it is in transit to you now. 
You'll have seen that credit post back to your [redacted] account accordingly. I've also reported the ad to our [redacted] Liaison so that they may look into this matter further. We take these reports very seriously and will have our Seller Support team contact the seller to discuss our terms and policies as well. I am really sorry to hear of the delay in receipt of your order. I have checked and see that your door mat was shipped on Aug 18 from the UK. I see that your estimated delivery date was between Aug 31 - Sept 11. Typically, we do not consider a package lost until 10 business days...

after the late arrival date. This is to allow the shipping agent sufficient time to locate and deliver the package due to any unforeseen delays or issues. However, I've gone ahead and issued you a reprint for the order. You will have received a confirmation email confirming the new order details to your inbox. If you aren't seeing it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as our emails can be filtered there due to settings.

I am sincerely sorry to hear of the trouble you have encountered with an unauthorized order that was placed with your payment details. As the agent you were working with previously advised, because there was a dispute filed against this transaction with your bank, we cannot...

proceed with a resolution until that dispute has been closed or completed. Disputes can take up to 90 days to be completed - depending on your bank's policies. 
Had you notified us of this matter before your bank, we would have immediately issued that refund for you for the unauthorized order that was placed. However, because of the dispute, we literally cannot proceed. This is a systematic thing, as we wouldn't want to process a refund for a transaction that your bank has already refunded (if the dispute was won). I understand that you've forwarded our customer support team a copy of a letter sent from your bank - after reviewing the letter it indicates that they've found in Teespring's favor and reversed the provisional credits that were given to you. Unfortunately, that doesn't' necessarily mean that they've closed it out in their system yet - which could be why we are still seeing the transactions listed as "Disputed - Being reviewed by cardholder's bank" at this time.
Could you please contact them and let them know that we are still showing it as disputed on our end and see if there may have been a step missed in their process? As [redacted] mentioned in her responses to you previously, there is no refund option available while there is a dispute open on a transaction. Once that dispute has been fully processed/closed, we are able to get this all sorted for you accordingly. 
I am truly sorry again for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to assist you in getting this matter resolved. Once those transactions have been released by your bank, we will happily proceed with refunding those for you. Please keep in touch with [redacted] once you've spoken with your bank about this and she'll be happy to finish resolving this for you accordingly.

Hello - this issue has not been resolved.  Teespring continues to sell products with my illustrations on them, and will not agree to stop selling my copyright illustrations.  Much like Ohio State, who had to sue Teespring, and was successful, Teespring continues its practise of selling other people's designs without permission.  They claim that they are simply a platform, but they are ultimately responsible and are profiting by continuing to do this.
I would like future assurance in writing from this company that they will no longer sell my copyright illustrations.  That is when I will be satisfied.  Currently they have not agreed to do so.
I can't even call this company - phone line is simply a loop that goes to no human.
