A year ago I purchased a 3-year service contractThey did solve my problem after speaking to several techniciansJust recently I had another problemAfter explaining it, I was transferred to a second technician and had to explain everything over again.The I was referred to a "supervisor", Victor, who came on really strong about me buying products - an adware/pblocker (for $149/yr) and Webroot Security ($99/year.) While these may be good products, who knows, I was not happy with the sales pitch which he kept repeating over, and over my trying to talkHe kept saying the problem would keep recurringHowever it had nothing to do with adware of securityIn the end I said I'd have to think about it (several times) and they did solve my immediate problem which had to do with my service provider's e-mail

I was very very happy with the service that I've receivedThe technicians went above and beyond the service to help me I am very positive with my experience with this business

We are not proficient with computers, so appreciate the patience with which you have helped us Not only did you get the printer functional, you have also cleaned the computer for us

this company got me hooked up with printers and helped me to understand a number of things, the Representative was always respectful, kind and patientI was convinced I needed to purchase a s/w support package but next day I found out I had already purchased that so they have agreed to return my money for thatTalked to [redacted] and felt satisfied

thank you for your help It took a couple of days of experimenting but problem was resolved to my satisfaction thank you, Jacob You will be the first to know in TEKPCSOLUTIONS if I have any problems in the future

[redacted] listened and understand what I was saying Got my printer to print which is why I called this morning and they said I was hacked and what more money than I already paid [redacted] said this wouldn't cost He got my printer to print And is going to fix my other problem cause by hackerI am feeling safe with TEKPCSOLUTIONS

Handled my problems efficiently with expertise, I understood all that happenedI was answered to all my questions and concerns and all my problems and issues were resolved A job well done...!!!

The Relationship Manager [redacted] took care of my complaint and offered a solution which is better than I asked forI am investing my faith and trust again on TEKPCSOLUTIONS

I have had separate problems with my system in the past week, and the TEK staff and management have responded far beyond my expectations; the technicians are exceptionally polite, efficient, and most importantly rapid in their comprehension of the problemThey are also very patient with my inexperience and I also learned a lot from conversing with them Charles Ehrhardt

I am again investing all of my Faith and Trust on TEKPCSOLUTIONS*** was most hellpful in getting me the support I needed and assurances that you are legitimate after a call from "windows" that was bogus I appreciate the time he spent trying to make me feel better and help me out of this mess

working with this business has been a positive for us They are responsive and always solve our problems They spend time talking and explaining the issues and do not rush you off the the phone Would recommend

I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE WITH JACOB COLLINS' AND *** HELPTHEY GOT MY PRINTER WORKING AGAIN AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY
