thank you for your help. It took a couple of days of experimenting but problem was resolved to my satisfaction. thank you, Jacob.. You will be the first to know in TEKPCSOLUTIONS if I have any problems in the future.

Review: I hired this company to fix my email because it was not connecting the server. After they had worked on it they said it was fixed, I asked if it was completely fixed and they said yes. I asked the tech [redacted] if it stops working again what his number was so I could call him and he could fix it. The following morning when I came into my office the exact same issue had happened, the email couldn't connect to the server again. I tried calling the company several times but couldn't get anyone to pick up and this was well within proper business hours. I also email trying to get a response, I was unable to get a hold of anyone so I had to get someone else to fix the issue, which they did promptly.

Thank YouDesired Settlement: The desired outcome I request is to have a refund since the email went down less then 12 hours after it was supposedly fixed.

I am very satisfied with the services from [redacted]. He is a man of his word. Also he helped me to put my faith on TEKPCSOLUTIONS again.

Review: I am 89 years old. In early May of this year I contacted ** about a printer problem. Printer was bad and they sent me a new printer. May 29th I called ** @ [redacted] about getting new printer to work right. I never hung up and somehow got connected to what I thought was still ** and they told me I needed the following things.:

(1) Network Security Lifetime 8-10 year support @$499.99, (2) two MS-Office 2013 Support @$199.99 each, and (2) two Two Year Technical Support @ $299.99 each . Total of all three packages was $1499.94. I have a friend who helps me with my computer and asked him the 18th of this month what this was all about from **. He came over and then called ** who had no answer as to how she got connected to Tek PC Solutions. [redacted] my friend then called Tek PC Solutions and talked to a Mr. Jacob C[redacted] at ext. [redacted] After explaining what had happened Mr. C[redacted] agreed that I should not have been talked into or needing these. He said he would talk to someone and see what refund could be done.. Today 8-20-15 they called me and connected me with a manager and he said that since I had signed the contract and it happened in May, no refund would be forth coming. Taking advantage of a person who is 89 is not right.

Please not that [redacted] had filled this with my permission and authorityDesired Settlement: Have no used nor do not need these at my age. Refund hopefully a full but if not at least a majority refund

Review: After having their technicians remote control to my laptop to fix it( he showed me a few of the issues), I spoke with my son ( who works in IT) and he connected to my PC to find that the issues TEK PC Solutions had showed me are normal little thing that happen with the pc and that they had infact done nothing but install software that is free to download on the internet.

I had my son contact them today to get a refund as he had to fix my PC again, they gave him the run around then transferred him to the billing department. Once there, the person only said they couldn't because it had been too long. My son questioned their sales practices as TEK PC Solutions were the ones that had called me at first to say that they had sent me emails or something saying my PC had problems. Once he mentioned that he thought that this company was running a phishing scam, He was told that he should call back later to talk to the Manager, [redacted]. When he asked for [redacted]'s last name, the employee didn't know it. My son said that made the company sound more fishy, that is when he was offered to be transferred to [redacted]. He was told that [redacted]'s line was busy and he should call back later. When he asked to be transferred to [redacted]'s voicemail, [redacted] was now available.

[redacted] now knew all the details of the previous conversation and insisted it wasn't a phishing scam. He was going to refund $30, as the other $169 was the charge for their technician to install malwarebytes and ccleaner, my son showed me were free software. [redacted] kept bringing up the Revdex.com site's rating as proof they were legit. I still don't

After discussing the conversation and my experience with TEK PC Solutions with my son, We both believe that they are running a phishing scam/praying on the computer non-literate. After all, why would they sell me a package to setup my router and such, when we don't live in the same country. My son explained that if it wasn't working, they wouldn't be able to remote in to fix it.Desired Settlement: Since I feel that this company took advantage of the fact that I don't know much about computers to sell me a service that I would never need, they are a pretty unethical company and the least they could do is refund me when I brought it to their attention.

Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The $299 was indeed another company. But I still don't accept the response as the service that was provided (installation of free software) was not what the agreement was originally. Also, the communication with the company was very unprofessional (ex:Employees don't know the name of their manager, say they worked for Microsoft) and very vague (ex: PC is 91% infected) and very pushy when asking questions(ex: Trying to resell yearly membership 6 months).

My son did some of the communication for me with them seeing as he works in IT and he doesn't agree that they should charge people that much just to install software that is free to download, also the discussion he had with the "technician" and his manager gave him the impression that this company prays on people that don't understand IT(ex: setting up a router for a client remotely. This is impossible since they wouldn't be able to connect in the first place).

The reason I hadn't called sooner to get my refund is that I didn't get any communication from them so I thought they had "ran off with my money". Then they started calling again saying that since my PC was 91% infected I had to purchase the $299 software. That $299 I was able to get refunded as it was purchased from a HONEST software company.Regards,[redacted]

I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE WITH JACOB COLLINS' AND [redacted] HELP. THEY GOT MY PRINTER WORKING AGAIN AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY

The Relationship Manager [redacted] took care of my complaint and offered a solution which is better than I asked for. I am investing my faith and trust again on TEKPCSOLUTIONS.

Review: I was referred to this group to resolve an issue with a brand new iPhone 6. They could not solve my issue and decided to send me a new phone with 7 days to return my old phone. It happened that this process was taking place over a holiday weekend where all delivery companies were closed. I received the new phone on Thursday evening, though these people claim I received it on Tuesday! The following Monday was a National Holiday with all businesses closed. [redacted] in my town was closed Sunday & Monday. With 7 days to return my old phone, I really only had 2 days to transfer everything from one phone to the other. I had some difficulties doing this because of my problems with the original iPhone! I was unable to ship the phone until Tuesday, which the claim made my phone late. Now my carrier, who I purchased the original phone from claim the phone was never received, even though [redacted] verified to me in writing that the phone was delivered to the correct location. Now I am being forced to pay [redacted] $800 for the, supposedly, lost phone. I have tried many times to deliver to TEK PC Solutions their proof of delivery. I have also tried to talk with them, but every number I get from the Internet for them is no longer in service. I believe that [redacted]s responsible for this because the sent me to this cheating business! I am dropping the iPhone because of this & will never use one again! Ali, of course, dropped [redacted]!

As discussed on the call, we have investigated the complaint and found that there was no interaction found with the customer on the mentioned date i.e. 30th Nov'15 (attached is the screenshot of the telephony system).Below are the complete case details -1. Customer called us on 12th Aug'15 and reported issue with her iPhone and iMac.2. We informed about our products and she opted for one time fix for iPhone and iMac and paid $179.97 (Invoice Attached).3. Technician fixed the issue same day. Softcopy invoice was sent on customer's email.4. Customer called again next day (13th Aug'15) as she was has some doubt about the invoice. She was not sure if she already paid us and our representative informed her that she has already paid us and need not to pay again.I called the customer and got the below information -1. She purchased a new iPhone6 on 26th Nov'152. Problem occurred on 26th Nov'153. She talked to some company on 30th Nov'15 but she never contacted us (attached is the screenshot of the telephony system)4. Someone tried to fix her issue but was not successful and told her that they will replace the phone5. She was sent a new phone and she returned the old phone

I had the pleasure of speaking with your Technician, [redacted] today, Wednesday, March 2nd. Not only did he resolved my technical problem, but he assured me that my computer concerns would be taken care of. [redacted] displayed a very up beat attitude throughout our communication. Our was under a lot of pressure to complete an assignment for my boss. Without [redacted] knowledgeable expertise on resolving technical computer problems, I would probably be seeking employment elsewhere. Again, thanks [redacted]

Tek PC has worked very hard to satisfy me. I have some new and some old equipment which wasn't playing together very well. As it turns out, some of my old equipment will not work with Windows 10, so they have offered to furnish a new printer that will work. This is probably above and beyond what they would have had to do, but it is a gesture to make their customer (me) happy.

I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and process you employ. This is coming from a retired Honeywell exec who in my career set-up call centers in North America and Asia-Pacific Rim countries

have dealt with TEKPCSOLUTIONS several times over the past year and found them extremely responsive to my needs. As an inexperienced senior, I have placed my trust in confidence in them fully. They are courteous and return calls when needed. They have helped me out identifying other types of other service providers who provide little or minor services and then try to charge you fees that are unreasnoable. Would highly recommend TEKPCSOLUTIONS for their knowledge, help and assistance over the past few years. I feel comfortable knowing that they are always there to help and support the little guy and seniors in the computer community. .

I am feeling comfortable after talking to Harry and Jacob Collins.

Review: I had a problem with my [redacted] program. [redacted] referred me to [redacted] support and connected me automatically. Instead of getting [redacted] support, I was connected to TEX PC solutions who identified themselves as [redacted] Online Support. They were queried on 3 separate occasions and they responded in the affirmative that they were the [redacted] Support and authorized [redacted] support. it turns out that these were private third party providers who are skimming customers and charging for services that [redacted] and [redacted] provide for free. At no time did they identify them self as a 3rd party provider but continued the ruse that they were [redacted] support. They charge $299.00 under invoice [redacted] claiming that these were legitimate [redacted] charges for services. I have now found out that they are neither connected with [redacted] nor [redacted]Desired Settlement: This is a fraud. They are NOT associated with [redacted] or [redacted]. they claim an A+ Revdex.com rating on their website.
