[redacted] listened and understand what I was saying. Got my printer to print which is why I called this morning and they said I was hacked and what more money than I already paid. [redacted] said this wouldn't cost. He got my printer to print. And is going to fix my other problem cause by hacker. I am feeling safe with TEKPCSOLUTIONS.

have dealt with TEKPCSOLUTIONS several times over the past year and found them extremely responsive to my needs. As an inexperienced senior, I have placed my trust in confidence in them fully. They are courteous and return calls when needed. They have helped me out identifying other types of other service providers who provide little or minor services and then try to charge you fees that are unreasnoable. Would highly recommend TEKPCSOLUTIONS for their knowledge, help and assistance over the past few years. I feel comfortable knowing that they are always there to help and support the little guy and seniors in the computer community. .
I am feeling comfortable after talking to Harry and Jacob Collins.

The Relationship Manager [redacted] took care of my complaint and offered a solution which is better than I asked for. I am investing my faith and trust again on TEKPCSOLUTIONS.

A year ago I purchased a 3-year service contract. They did solve my problem after speaking to several technicians. Just recently I had another problem. After explaining it, I was transferred to a second technician and had to explain everything over again.The I was referred to a "supervisor", Victor, who came on really strong about me buying 2 products - an adware/pop-up blocker (for $149/yr) and Webroot Security ($99/year.) While these may be good products, who knows, I was not happy with the sales pitch which he kept repeating over, and over my trying to talk. He kept saying the problem would keep recurring. However it had nothing to do with adware of security. In the end I said I'd have to think about it (several times) and they did solve my immediate problem which had to do with my service provider's e-mail.

I am again investing all of my Faith and Trust on TEKPCSOLUTIONS. [redacted] was most hellpful in getting me the support I needed and assurances that you are legitimate after a call from "windows" that was bogus. I appreciate the time he spent trying to make me feel better and help me out of this mess.

service is great. Have used it for the last 9 months and had prompt service from the techs although phone return calls were very slow. Issues of computer were taken care of and appreciated having the contract for service. Norton was removed from computer with refund to be given but still have not received, but when talked to tech, refund is now guarenteed. Will be awaiting that.

Review: They misrepresented themselves as a support technician from [redacted]. They lied to me that my computer has [redacted] They sold me service contract to protect my computer from internet virus attack and clean my computer to eliminate virus. I watch every step they were doing. They did no more than scanning my computer using software I already have in my computer. They installed freeware software to detect intrusion. This was unnecessary because I already have [redacted] from [redacted] in my computer. So... (1) they lied and try to scare me about computer virus that did not exist, (2) they mis-represent themselves as agents of [redacted] which they are not, (3) they charged me $219.98 for a service that were absolutely unnecessary and duplicative, (4) they infiltrated into my computer and they might have stolen information from my computer, (5) they wasted my time and money.Desired Settlement: 1. I want them to refund the money they charged me.

2. I want their notarized written statement that they did not steal any information from my computer and they will be responsible for any damage to my computer from their actions.

3. I want them to pay me $185 for the cost incurred to restore my computer back to the condition it was before they changed it.

4. I want them never to contact me.

[redacted] called in for [redacted] support on 18/6/2017. We asked to get connected his computer remotely (Remote tool : )to get the problem diagnosed for which [redacted] authorised us. After diagnosing the problem we found that there was some connectivity issues in his [redacted] Software regarding program files which had been corrupted due to various reasons. We offered optimisation services on his computer and for the future protection we also offered him the subscription of [redacted] Internet Security for which he agreed. During the whole process we never hide our identity as we told him that we are TEKPCSOLUTIONS, third party independent technical support provider.He also had word with different third party organisations before calling us which were trying to charge him approximately $500 for the same problem and we fixed the problem in $220 approximately.During Conversation he told us that some other guy shown him the infection named CSRSS.exe, which we clearly explained him, is a legit WINDOWS operating System Process File. We tried to explain each and every thing in a detailed manner and upto his satisfactory level.We also installed [redacted] Internet Security License on his computer as a protection.For resolve this issue. 1. we are sending cheque by USPS : $4052. we are sending Notarised Statement also by same mail3. Purchase price was 219.98 and we are refunding $405 so $185.02 is added in refunded amount4. We will never call / contact [redacted]we will update the tracking number of usps by today evening or tomorrow morning.

If and when I received the check and cashed, the letter was worded satisfactory, and the letter was signed by appropriate officer of the company, I would respond with further comments.

Review: Paid $199.99 early July, 2015 for agreed: cleaning up my computer from viruses, reinstalling newly purchased printer from HP, install [redacted] virus protection, and call backs to initiate services. My computer remains without any of these services completed which was the agreed to be doneDesired Settlement: Do what they said they would do, or refund my money: $199.99.

this company got me hooked up with 2 printers and helped me to understand a number of things, the Representative was always respectful, kind and patient. I was convinced I needed to purchase a s/w support package but next day I found out I had already purchased that so they have agreed to return my money for that. Talked to [redacted] and felt satisfied.
