If I could rate zero stars I would. I called to place an order for product that was in stock. Once I placed the order and paid was told the product was out of stock. Two months later the product is still not been shipped and no one from the company will return an email or phone call. I cant tell if this company is a scam or just has poor customer service.

Signed a contract 4 months ago for a display in Safeway. First month display was compete yet had signs covering ad and no wipes. Second month sign was missing and replaced with competition. Third month after complaining, sign half ours and half competition with store items blocking ad.( We had payed for whole sign and promised only sign in store entrance, salesman even said he wanted our business over our competition). Fourth month no change and promise after promise they would fix it. Now we want to void contract and terminate the deal because they have not given us what we paid for. They say they can't and not refund us.

If I could possibly give zero stars I would. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Their contracts are to only benefit them. Their advertising is not worth the money. My sales rep in New Jersey tried to show up an hour late. When I spoke to her manager she said this has never happen before and I am the problem. I should of taken that as a red flag. However, spoke to a nice gentleman named Chris, who is no longer with the company(shocker). Took months with no communication to get my ad posted. I approved my ad work, which I was basically only allowed one revision. They are taking payments with stores being closed. Their solution is to keep my ad there for long, however, they have no time frame in place. When I have asked for multiple solutions to get out of the contract they inform me that there is no way out. Please if this even helps one person, do not advertise with this company. Read the reviews. They are crooks and unprofessional in every way. Go any other direction but them, no one is going to look at the kiosk.

Terraboost Media is fantastic company to work with! From the very start...from the first phone call to the finished product, the entire team has been professional, prompt and always ready to assist. When I had a concern, they listened and resolved the matter, in a matter of minutes. My initial meeting with the sales rep, Maurice *** was great. He delivered everything he promised, even after he retired! He is a wonderful person. The art department made an ad I'm truly proud of. I've never done this type of marketing for my real estate company. I was very nervous and excited. The art department was patient with me and really made my vision a reality. I didn't know how to begin. The art department rep, Amanda was exceptional. She put it all together. I love her work. I've also been assigned a personal success manager for my campaign, Ryan *** He always there to make sure I'm happy with my kiosk. Whenever I reach out with questions or concerns I get a quick response. Ryan has been awesome. The Terraboost Media are a great team of professionals ready to help you succeed. I feel, you truly get so much for value for all the services you receive. I have enjoyed my experience with Terraboost Media. I highly recommend their services to help your business grow, too. I love my kiosk at Giant. It's my first year and I'm looking forward to more.

PLEASE DON’T FALL VICTIM Terraboost media.
They came to my office 2018 several time to tell us they want to help us advertise. Finally we agreed with them December 2018 and I signed contract of 6 months. The agreement was $250 initial design and $200 per month for 6 months. They said they will start the advertisement in January 2019. They keep charging us without any advertisement and when I called them they said that they’re running behind schedule. Finally I got fed up with them April 2019 after having paid them 4 months with no advertisement and I told them that I am no more
interested.
I called my bank and they got my money back from them.
TERRABOOST now took me to collections claiming that I am owing them.
Please DON’T fall victim they are scammer

The Worst Company to ever do business with. Promised allot, but not provided. Never hired again.

I have a kiosk at a local Safeway. It has been one of the best investments I have ever made. I understand that I may not receive phone calls from the specific ad, but along with my neighborhood marketing, it helps me stay top of mind when someone thinks of a realtor in the neighborhood. Since I do know many people in the neighborhood, I get random text messages with friends, family, neighbors standing next to the kiosk and sending me messages and saying they see me. Pretty cool.
We had an issue with our kiosk being moved (in terms of location in the store), but Blake and Delaney at Terraboost were great to communicate with and made all their attempts to have it moved back. I believe they made every effort and they made it right.
I like this marketing so much that I added a second store. It is a great form of advertisement if you are interested in marketing locally in the neighborhood.

That marketing team contacted me with this idea we’re a great team to work with and followed up consistently with what was needed.
