Ryan is fantastic at getting back right away and always handles my wants and needs immediately and efficiently. His customer service is on point and he knows his stuff. I am glad I chose to work with Terraboost and got Ryan as my point of contact. I would recommend them to everyone who is in need of this or even those who don't think they do.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff *** Who walked in my office and we hit it off right away. He is amazing and always comes out to help if I need him. The transition from working with him to the designers was easy and smooth. Really love what he was able to accomplish for us! Definitely recommend them!

I have had nothing but headache's with Terra Boost from the beginning. It took 2 months for them to get my campaign printed and in place. Their customer service is horrible at best, I have to leave multiple messages to make a payment, then find out today (while making my third call to make a payment) that they put my account in collections after receiving the invoice 13 days ago. Their receivables department then refused to talk to me, hung up on me, and when I continually called back to speak with someone told me I had to speak with collections then refused to give me their number to call, only giving their receivables general mailbox. I have left several messages for my Sales rep. to contact me and nothing. Do not do business with Terra Boost

Unfortunately, once an account has gone to collections, per our agreement with the agency, we are not allowed to have contact. We apologize that we did not properly explain that to you, as well as apologize for your experience in trying to get that information. I've advertised with Terraboost Media for a year and had a great experience. I like being associated with health and wellness. Ryan *** was especially helpful and customer focused.

I signed up for advertising with Terraboost Media at the *** Conference after being told I would have exclusivity in Bed Bath and Beyond. A month ago before my advertising stand was ready, when I was in *** there was another realtor's podium when you first walk in the store. I called my rep, Ryan, and advised him of that, he told me not to worry that the realtor's stand's contract was probably up and it would be removed. Both Rob and Ryan told me that I would have exclusivity within the store. My agreement was to advertise in *** and not anywhere else. They offered me to move my stand. I am not interested in advertising anywhere else as my agreement was at *** This is deceptive trade practice, bait and switch, and fraud in the inducement.

Hi Kristine! We are very sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your marketing program. We value each and every one of our customers and certainly try to resolve any and all issues accordingly.

It appears there was some confusion at the point of sale as to whether or not there was a current client in your store and if exclusivity could be offered. Since the sales rep was at a conference they most likely did not have access to the live inventory (to see that another client in your same category was in that store) and may have provide you with mis-information. We certainly apologize for this miscommunication as there was no mention of exclusivity on your contract and so our team was unaware of this requirement when creating you art and posting it up in your contracted store as per our normal process. Our Client Success Team is digging into this issue, and we will be happy to provide a solution that will make all parties happy! We appreciate your business and look forward to resolving this matter for you!

I signed a contract with this company in November 2019 and paid a deposit of $525..$250 was for artwork and $275 was the first installment. I was told the ad would be placed in January at a local CVS. I would be charged the first payment of $275 only when the ad was placed. I went back and forth with their art dept., each rendition brought a new spelling error that I had to keep correcting. I was then told the ad would go to the stores in February. On January 7th, they charged me $294. I called up to tell them that was not what we agreed upon and that I no longer wanted the ad due to circumstances. They said that I signed a contract and if I didn't pay it would go to collections. I was told I had a contract.
I explained that they told me the ad would be in the stores in January when they sold the ad. I completed all artwork in a timely manner yet the ad has not made it to the store and they charged me. I want out of the contract with this company. They do not appear to be honest.

Hello Stephanie, We appreciate the concerns that you have voiced. We greatly appreciate and value each and every one of our clients and we are acting with the utmost professionalism to help resolve each and every one of your issues. You will be the first-ever advertiser in your store, which is why you signed the contract and then specifically signed another addendum document to the contract that denoted the installation of the campaign would NOT commence prior to 1/15/20 and that we could not guarantee the actual date. Your artwork proof was just approved by you on 12/19 and is now going through the approval process to install you in February (which is on time with the 12/19 art approval). You will then get your full and complete 6-month run in the store, so you will get each and every day of the campaign you paid for. Again, we are happy to continue working with you to help accommodate payment schedules and artwork changes etc. Just give our client success team a call back and we can solve whatever issues there might be here. We have abided by the contract all along and continue to act ethically and in good faith to get your ad posted on time and as quickly as possible ,so are unsure of the crux of the issue, but nevertheless are working to solve it.

They made wellness biilboard kiosk and put it into *** Store.
Terraboost promised kiosk will stay on visible place in store, store will keep it clean and take care of it (ordering and fill sanitation tissue in when it needed)
I was agreed and signed contract. Unfortunately, first store they put my kiosk was not able properly locate it. Then Terraboost offered me to change store. I said OK. But second store put kiosk in a worse place and did not take care at all. I put complains a few times to store manager and called to Terraboost. They said - we will take care but nothing change. My last conversation with Terraboost was today and I asked to cancel contract and return my money back because they promised service they can not t do and did not provide it.

On May 9,2019, I unwittingly signed a contract to advertise with terraboost on a kiosk that was supposed to be visible in Bed Bath and Beyond upon entering and leaving the store. I was told my ad would be up by July 17. I have had to call at least 4 times and email many others but of course, the person I was emailing is no longer with their company. They do high pressure sales, but then are very slow to produce and even then not satisfactorily.
Today is August 9th and my ad is finally up today, But it is next to the door when you walk into the store, but hidden by shopping carts and baskets. The only people who will see the ad is the ones who exit from the check out stand.
I was told it would be in a HIGHLY visible position.
Also, I was hoping to have the ad in place prior to August so that I could benefit from parents seeing the ad for school physicals.
I am extremely disappointed in this company. I have made 3 payments todate and am only now seeing the kiosk in place and not in an appropriate place.

Patrick did my Terraboost add! He did an amazing job. Not only is he a talented artist! He was so on top of getting it done way faster than I could ever imagine! So happy with Terraboost and so amazed with Patrick! So excited to get this thing rocking!!!!

They came to home to sign the contract for marketing ,we gave them one time check for $250 for market our buisness in jewel osco which they never did and using our account number and pulling out the money every other month ..

The contract that you signed in-person on 11/6/18 is non-cancelable and non-refundable as it reserves the inventory once signed - stopping us from selling it to any other client. Per our records, our artwork team has been in touch with you to try and get your artwork submitted and approved. In addition, our customer success team has been trying to work to discuss this further via phone and email so we can come to a resolution. We try to do right by our customers to extend the value of your investment to make up for any unforeseen issues as our goal is to ensure your happiness now and into the foreseeable future. Again, our customer success team is in place so your voice can be heard and so we can solve issues proactively and collaboratively together. We value your business and are working to ensure your happiness here.

Do NOT advertise with Terraboost! Just getting my ads placed was so messed up, they gave me the other sign in the same *** for FREE and they gave me two extra months at the end of the contract. When I was ready to change my ad about 7 months into the campaign, I checked on my ads and they were gone! The stands were there, but not any of my ads. I live 50 miles away so I have no idea how long the ads have been missing. I was assured someone "maintains the ads and replaces them whenever they are damaged". They do not! I also had to tell them part of one sign was missing the first two months. Communication is terrible. This is either an elaborate scam, or a terribly run company! STAY AWAY!

First time working with this company, very hands on answered all on questions & worked very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

A representative Terra Boost Named Randi *** had her assistant call me, claiming that she was a representative of *** who was flying into my area in south Florida looking for local business for a "Wellness Corner" that was being developed in the store, and that they wanted to put big billboard of my business on the wall. Naturally, I thought it was an actual rep from BBandB. When I met with Randi I realized it was load of BS, but I decided to listen anyways. She was a saleswoman trying pressure me into give her a minimum 6 month of payment (about 2000) for a hand sanitizer/garbage can advertisement. I told her I needed to see the actual product she was selling before committing to anything. I went straight to the location she advertised and it was a terrible spot that was not even noticeable.
I called Randi back to let her know that I saw the product and was not interested; she immediately insulted me and said that was dumb and silly for doing that. I then and there realized she was not a good person. She was very underhanded and a liar. I'm so happy I decided not to do business with them.
