I ordered a specified wind chime arrangement at 9:00 am for a funeral service at 1:00 same day. The lady I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get exactly what I wanted, checked to make it could be delivered on time rather than guessing, and then emailed as promised once it was delivered. I live out of the area, but if I need a florist in the Indianapolis area again, I will use Steve's Flowers & Gifts without hesitation.

Amazing!! I placed my order at the last minute during the holidays for a funeral. First, I made a mistake and double ordered because I WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION! I called and the person I talked to was very nice. She fixed my mistake. Then of course I made yet another mistake and left names off the condolences card. I left a voicemail in hopes they would receive they did and fixed it perfectly.. The peace lily that was delivered was amazing! The picture on the website did not do it justice! I have never seen one that looked this beautiful or large! Thank you so much I will always use going forward and recommend you to everyone!!

I'm your typical guy..... I waited last min to order flowers for our anniversary. Steve's Flowers delivered same day. They even worked with me on what time I needed the Flowers delivered. I originally ordered from another company but they failed to complete my order so I called Steve's Flowers and Gifts since they were listed on the funeral home's website.
