The flowers were exactly what I picked out and arrived on time. ????

Hands down the BEST service I've ever had from a florist. I received an email confirming the details of my online order, followed up with several pictures of the actual arrangement being delivered - and later, confirmation that the order had been delivered.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the flowers and Steve's outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Recipient was tickled. The customer service was top notch ... prompt coordination phone call from Steve's when they had a question about the delivery, image of actual arrangement prior to delivery, and an e-mail confirming the delivery. I've never had such hands-on customer service from a florist. Prices very reasonable. I will use Steve's again if I ever need florist services in the Indianapolis area.

$20 Tuesday is always great! Put your order in on time and they will make a beautiful creation for your loved one. I personally have never been disappointed when I’ve been sent some and received some! Flowers can get expensive so for those of us that can’t afford the other days go for the $20 Tuesday!

A long time presence on Indy’s south side. Efficient and delivered exactly what we ordered. Also appreciated the pic they sent prior to delivery.

The past two times I have purchased flowers from Steve's Flowers, they were beautiful and lasted more than a week! I was very impressed with their selection at the store and even more surprised for the Tuesday Specials. I will definitely be stopping into the Greenwood store or sending flowers to be delivered again!

Called from Tennessee for flowers to be sent to a hospital. Service was excellent and I was sent a picture of the flowers that were delivered which were beautiful. Will order again!

Just tried Steve's for first time .. calling from North Carolina to have flowers delivered .. over-the-phone help was pleasant and professional, followup emails/photo were a nice touch, and the delivery was handled like pros! Kudos!
