Quick delivery and beautiful flowers at a reasonable price!
I have never had any issues with Steve's Flowers & Gifts. Always awesome service and has never missed a delivery. Floral quality has always been superb.
Steve's Flowers has always made my flower buying experience great. Whether it is a last minute delivery or allowing me to wander through the store, taking pieces from different designs to make something just perfect, they are just amazing.

This evening I was stopped at a red light at Emerson Avenue and Southport Road. The delivery truck for Steve's Flowers and Gifts was behind me. The young man started honking and waving his arms at me for not turning on red. There was a car in front of me so I could not turn, and I was not going to honk my horn at that driver. He honked several times, then when the light did turn green he drove up next to me rolled his window down and used obscene gestures. He then continued driving north on Emerson Avenue at a high rate of speed. I called the phone number listed on truck and left a complaint. The lady I spoke to said she would let management know. Is this how all Steve's employees are?
Yes, a lady did call yesterday, April 3 to complain about one of our drivers. One of our employee's did tell her that she would report this to management. This was addressed when our driver returned. We do not tolerate any rudeness or disrespect to anyone. Our drivers are all aware that they are representing our company while they are on the road in our truck with our logo and name. Steve's Flowers and Gifts strive on customer service and satisfaction. You can be assured that this issue has been addressed and our delivery department has taken measures to avoid this ever happening again.
