Excellent all the way around! I have been ordering from Steve's for a few years and they are prompt, have a great selection, and what is delivered it what was ordered or better. I know this because they take the time to take a photo of what you order and send it to you to show exactly what your recipient received! No place else does this. LOVE LOVE them!

Steve's Flowers & Gifts were quite possibly the best flower shop experience I have ever had. The flower arrangement that I ordered online exceeded my expectations as well as the customer service. Once I placed my order online, and after the flowers were arranged into a beautiful bouquet, I received an email of the finished flower arrangement to be delivered. I have never received a picture of a product before it was delivered from other flower companies and there is this the feeling of will my order look as good as the picture. Well, with Steve's Flowers & Gifts, you can guarantee that your finished product will look better than the picture and is delivered in a timely manner as well!!! Once delivered, you do receive an email that your order was delivered.

I'm so glad that I chose this business and will continue working with them in the future. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product. You won't be disappointed.

First time customer. Flowers for a funeral. Online ordering was a breeze. Still had some questions. Called shop, and staff was extremely helpful. On day of delivery, a confirmation email was received, including a color picture of the flower arrangement. It was just as beautiful at the memorial service. Thanks.

Sent email first thing in the morning with a picture of actual bouquet (gorgeous) before delivery, followed by an email after delivery. My friend sent me a thank you text with photo right away that was consistent with their emails. Very Convenient!!

I ordered a flower arrangement online for delivery on a specific date to my place of employment and it was delivered promptly and as ordered and look pretty close to the picture online. I later saw that they had sent me an email photo of what had been delivered but I had actually seen it at the front desk when I arrived so was able to verify that the photo was correct. The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement and the cost of the arrangement was actually fairly affordable and what one would expect when delivery fees are added.
