I do apologize for the miscommunication. The refund had been processed on 3/27/2018 please allow up to 5-7 Business days from that day for you to see the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already spoken to compliance. You have already directed me to support to get a refund. Support tried to send my refund to an invalid card. I contact them about this mistake only to be ignored. Then I message the Revdex.com. I get a response saying that I have received a refund already... Which I have not. Now your asking me to talk to compliance Again? Are you going to direct me to support again? Who will then send me another fake refund? I have provided in email to one of your support ppl my account info. Her name was Dominique. Your company has ALL the appropriate info needed to provide my refund to the correct account. Why is this so hard??? I'm not intending to be difficult. But we are approaching July, this began in May! I will email you, but if I don't get my refund I will be making another complaint with the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because: I cannot dispute this charge with my bank- I’ve stated this a few times. My bank cannot dispute something that I willingly purchased.
