Very happy with the Samm's Team I called at AM because my AC was out; technician answered the phone and committed to come out that day, which I think isn't a trivial scheduling issue given this is a 100F summer day in DFW Withing minutes the office mgr called back and scheduled me for AM Technician arrived and within min, diagnosed the issue as a broken compressor wireIssue was fixed within min for $ Technician was professional and entire Samm's experience was everything I could ask for Thx!

Samm's Heading & Air Conditioning guided me to an excellent choice in Air Conditioners I did not actually believe the statistics that were quoted before buying, but it turns out that they were not just "hype" My bills did actually go down dramatically after the new air conditioner was installed Office manager Rose is very pleasant to deal with and the technicians that come to do maintenance checks have all been excellent

Talk about service...they are all great, [redacted] ...I strongly recommend then As a retire d military officer I often find it hard to fine true professionals in the civilian world..well Samm's is one of them...would strongly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC service

Our AC went out at 1:on a Saturday afternoon, and by 4:pm that same day, it was repaired and running again [redacted] quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired it Not only was he adept, but also extremely courteous and professional We have used Samm's Heating and Air before, and will continue to give them our business They are honest and capable
The dispatcher contacted me - minutes prior to the arrival time of the technicians which allowed plenty of time for me to leave work and drive home for the appointment The technicians were very friendly and worked efficiently
