I have been with Samm's heating and AC for over ten years. Without a doubt, they are the best. Recently I had an ac emergency during a very hot period. I got help right away...not only are they replacing my very old unit in short notice, but they brought a window ac unit to my house to keep out bedroom cool ! Talk about service...they are all great, [redacted] ...I strongly recommend then. As a retire d military officer I often find it hard to fine true professionals in the civilian world..well Samm's is one of them...would strongly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC service

Their installers are tops - this is v important since you may think you have a better choice elsewhere due to price and then find out the installation was sloppy and then you have problems. This great service is due to their owner Paul S[redacted].

Samm's Heading & Air Conditioning guided me to an excellent choice in Air Conditioners. I did not actually believe the statistics that were quoted before buying, but it turns out that they were not just "hype". My bills did actually go down dramatically after the new air conditioner was installed. Office manager Rose is very pleasant to deal with and the technicians that come to do maintenance checks have all been excellent.
I've enjoyed being a customer of Samm's Heating and Air for the past 10 years. The staff is prompt, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how Javier R explains his recommendations for my A/C system without being too pushy.
Our experience with the team at Samm's Heating and Air was nothing short of spectacular. There are very few contractors who hold themselves to this level of service in today's industry and honestly, many can take a lesson from the team at Samm's to see what true customer service really is.
We have been using them for years for maintenance and it was time to rid ourselves of the builder grade units, which frankly made it difficult to live comfortably in many parts of the house during the hot season. (Master Bedroom and Media Room to name a couple). We chose to replace 2 complete systems, opting for variable speed, energy efficient, and quiet units. (Trane XV20 setup if you are doing your research)
Russ came over and designed a zoned, energy efficient system while listening and addressing our concerns along the way. He is great, no high pressure sales and a very honest guy. Once we made our selections, Misty and Rose handled scheduling while always being a pleasure to speak with.
Now, the important part - the installers. All I can say is "Wow". The team had a lot of work to do in a very hot attic. They spent time prepping and protecting our home, carefully removed all of the old hardware, and installed the new systems. They were all very neat, friendly, and well versed - ready to answer any questions / concerns along the way. They took the proper amount of time to do the job right...which is the key here. Kudos to Daniel, Javier, Mario, Sergio, and new the guy (sorry forgot his name). Great work guys.
Our hats off to [redacted] and his entire team at Samm's. Thank You for the superior service and support. Our house is now very comfortable and we are looking forward to the energy savings for years to come.
