Our experience with the team at Samm's Heating and Air was nothing short of spectacular. There are very few contractors who hold themselves to this level of service in today's industry and honestly, many can take a lesson from the team at Samm's to see what true customer service really is.
We have been using them for years for maintenance and it was time to rid ourselves of the builder grade units, which frankly made it difficult to live comfortably in many parts of the house during the hot season. (Master Bedroom and Media Room to name a couple). We chose to replace 2 complete systems, opting for variable speed, energy efficient, and quiet units. (Trane XV20 setup if you are doing your research)
Russ came over and designed a zoned, energy efficient system while listening and addressing our concerns along the way. He is great, no high pressure sales and a very honest guy. Once we made our selections, Misty and Rose handled scheduling while always being a pleasure to speak with.
Now, the important part - the installers. All I can say is "Wow". The team had a lot of work to do in a very hot attic. They spent time prepping and protecting our home, carefully removed all of the old hardware, and installed the new systems. They were all very neat, friendly, and well versed - ready to answer any questions / concerns along the way. They took the proper amount of time to do the job right...which is the key here. Kudos to Daniel, Javier, Mario, Sergio, and new the guy (sorry forgot his name). Great work guys.

Contacted Samm's for a quote on a system replacement project and was extremely impressed with their professionalism. Very quick and thorough communication from all team members. Would definitely recommend this company for service.
Very happy with the Samm's Team. I called at 7 AM because my AC was out; technician answered the phone and committed to come out that day, which I think isn't a trivial scheduling issue given this is a 100F summer day in DFW. Withing 15 minutes the office mgr called back and scheduled me for 10 AM. Technician arrived and within 15 min, diagnosed the issue as a broken compressor wire. Issue was fixed within 45 min for $135. Technician was professional and entire Samm's experience was everything I could ask for. Thx!

Victor came out this last time and was very diligent in finding and fixing the problem. He went over and beyond to do so. Rose was very polite, concerned, and worked hard to get it scheduled to fit our needs as soon as possible. Will call them again.

The service technician, Donald, arrived when the office said he would. He was very friendly and explained what he thought was the problem with our A/C unit. After checking it out, he replaced the bad part in about 15 minutes, wrote our e-mail receipt and was off to his next job. I will certainly use Samm's heating and Air in the future and will also recommend them to my friends.
Victor and Amber did a great job for. Amber with her calls and pleasant attitude and voice. Victor has been to my house before for general maintenance. He has done a great job both times. I would
