I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me But, I did want to add that the credits to my account that were referenced by A&F were only applied after I filed this complaint (not prior) Also, I never did receive the 4th pair of pants - only pairs of pants

This is absolutely insaneA customer is only allowed one refund or reship incident? How about Abercrombie stops making mistakes and sending WRONG ITEMS, DIFFERENT SIZES THAN ORDERED, AND FORGETTING TO INCLUDE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASEDTake responsibility for your actions if you're going to hold me to "one refund or reship incident" This is exactly why Abercrombie continues to declineThis response from the "Customer Service" team is one that needs to be shared on reviews, blogs, twitter, etcNot once did they take accountability for their actions or genuinely apologize...they turn the tables on the customer who's paid close to $since SeptemberThis is what I'll do: Email me a label so I can return every single item that still is unopened with the tags on it that hasn't been worn and I will return every last item I have to your companyThen, I'll be patiently awaiting a refund for every item I includeI will not take this lightly as clearly your "CUSTOMER SERVICE" team doesn't want to be bothered with fixing their mistakesI'll be awaiting the label via email and will document each item on a list and take a photo of each itemWhen the items are returned, please issue a refund immediatelyIn regards to the Fierce cologne, I CALLED TWICE AND CHATTED TWICE TO FIX THE ISSUECHECK YOUR RECORDS!
