Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Apparently the only way we're able to communicate with Texas Certification Agency, Inc(Texas Certification Directory) in a seemingly civil manner (if at all) is through assistance, i.eRevdex.com We will only consider this matter resolved once we have our previously recorded demands met; we otherwise believe it appropriate to have the Revdex.com report appropriately the apparent fraudulent representations of TCA/TCD We submit to the Revdex.com platform and appreciate all it does to protect consumers. In consideration of the Terms of Service attached hereto, we claim TCA/TCD has negligently breached same pursuant to Item Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics, among others Should the parties agree to abate this complaint subject to the proceedings of arbitration as provided in the Dispute Resolution provision of the Terms of Service, I request that this complaint remain unresolved with the Revdex.com until arbitration TCA/TCD comply with our demands Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello. We are Texas Certification Directory™ and know nothing about SBA and what they do.Thanks[redacted] Chairman

Every business owner knows that whatever occurs within their company is ultimately the owner's responsibility This is even more true when it is your spouse (iehusband)We don't care about how many businesses you own: We care about you honoring the 24-page / 8,word business contract you entered into Reiterating the terms of the contract and how we will exercise our legal rights under said contract is not threatening, but our response to any breach of contract You're already in breach for making such commentary in a public forumn and this is libel under the contract and you have exposed yourself to a US $5,lawsuit in Texas courtIf you want someone to complain to about your employee (iehusband) behaivor, then start at home and learn how to control your organization We are not going to allow you to attempt to transfer your failure in management upon Texas Certification Directory™ Thanks [redacted] Chairman

Said "complaining" party is obligated to pursue legal remedies as stated in the Texas Certification Directory™ Terms of Service Additionally, Terms of Service state libel and public commentary such as this is a violation of the contractual agreement and subject to legal actions by Texas Certification Directory™.It is recommended that "complaining" party retract this public commentary or face legal actions based upon libel and breach of contract clauses: "Complaining" party must pursue legal recourse as stated in the Texas Certification Directory™ Terms of ServiceSincerely,Texas Certification Directory™

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the way they're handling this situation is unprofessionalThey haven't provided my small minority business with any real services, and they often violate their own "terms and agreements" regarding "excessive communication and abuse policy" within a 48-hour periodAre they going to refund my company or not? They should focus on that

***, Texas Certification Directory™ will pursue legal actions against the individual and the company they represent regarding the injurious statement of "thieves." Adios[redacted] ChairmanTexas Certification Directory™

This is not the proper forumn for customer disputes as stated in the Terms of Service which details the correct dispute resolution procedures This "Revdex.com" filing is also a breach of contractThanks

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] 3, and find that this resolution is unfortunate, but it seems we must accept this outcome as resolution. Regards, [redacted]

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:On January 5, 2018, Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing LLC submitted the online application for Small Business Owner CertificationThe application required a payment of $395.00, which was charged to a company credit card. Payment was made.On January 9, 2018, I submitted the Required Supporting Documentation and it was accepted except for the invalid sworn affidavit . I attempted to call for questions about the time line and other requirements for acceptance. The voice recording informed me that "all employees were helping others, to leave message and you will receive a return call". No call was returned. On January 10, 2018, I submitted a valid sworn affidavit. Also, received email indicating that an Authorization Letter which is required to complete the application process. No attachment on the email. I attempted to call for questions. The voice recording informed me that "all employees were helping others, to leave message and you will receive a return call". No call was returned. Called again on 01/15 and 01/18. No response. As of today, no one has returned my calls

I am rejecting this response because: I find it odd that you have “terms of service” that keep you from being slandered againstI am sure this is because you are a known scam artistYou may bully other small business owners into believing that they have no recourse, but you will not do that to meYour emails are abusive and falseThe paperwork you originally sent me was for a Mjborty Business Owned Business certificationIt’s in the email YOU sent meI have proof that’s the application you sentThen as time was running out and I had not heard back from you, you then became belligerent and abusive which upon further investigation, is just typical MO for youYou are praying on small business owners by hiding ridiculous terms in your lengthy atypical “terms of service.” Most businesses do NOT have, nor need terms that state things like not having to answer questions about what may be missing on an application, or defamation, or excessive communication when simply responding to emails that your office sentThen after filing a complaint with Revdex.com you are now attempting to threaten me with a law suit costing my business $unless I remove my complaint.
