I am rejecting this response because:I have indeed contacted the said company to resolve this dispute privately. However, we received an inappropriate response with threats of a legal action due to a request for refund. I am indeed a successful business woman, with this being my SECOND successful business. I DID NOT APPROVE this transaction, as it was done by someone else within my company thinking they were applying for the real directory. Also, I received two new threatening emails that are inappropriate and untrue. I have not contacted my credit card company requesting a chargeback, but apparently, this company believes I have.

I am rejecting this response because the person in charge of Texas Certification Directory is saying they are not going to perform their services.   After I filled the form with Revdex.com I received the 3 messages from them and I am adding the respective screen-shoots to this respond.  So, my question is, who is going to protect the public from this kind of companies that are promising something that they are not willing to work on.The answer given by the Texas Certification Directory is their easy way to make this scam legal.  So, please let me know what is my next step for moving forward with this case under legal basis.

I am rejecting this response for reasons previously disclosed.  In consideration of our loss of confidence and trust in TCA/TCD, our claim of TCA/TCD's breach of their own crafted Terms of Service, and TCA/TCD's refusal to cooperate civilly, we hereby respectfully request Revdex.com to document this complaint as unresolved. Many thanks to Revdex.com for all it does to protect consumers.

I am rejecting this response because: the way they're handling this situation is unprofessional. They haven't provided my small minority business with any real services, and they often violate their own "terms and agreements" regarding "excessive communication and abuse policy" within a 48-hour period. Are they going to refund my company or not? They should focus on that.

Every business owner knows that whatever occurs within their company is ultimately the owner's responsibility.  This is even more true when it is your spouse (ie. husband).
We don't care about how many businesses you own: We care about you honoring the 24-page / 8,400 word business contract you entered into.  Reiterating the terms of the contract and how we will exercise
our legal rights under said contract is not threatening, but our response to any breach of contract.  You're already in breach for making such commentary in a public forumn and this is libel under the contract
and you have exposed yourself to a US $5,000 lawsuit in Texas court.
If you want someone to complain to about your employee (ie. husband) behaivor, then start at home and learn how to control your organization.  We are not going to allow you to attempt to transfer your failure in management upon Texas Certification Directory™.

Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: They haven't attempted to handle this in a very unprofessional manner. That's not libel, that's a fact.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I submitted one application and was told it was denied because it was not complete. I filled out another application COMPLETELY and was denied for failure to complete. I called and left numerous messages to ask someone to call me back to help guide me through because I was obviously missing something. No one ever called back. I then faxed a very NICE letter over to them asking for someone to contact me. I received a very rude email stating that I was breaking some policy for faxing the letter and that email contact was sufficient. I replied to that email and asked what the status was and what else I needed to do. They then told me that they were terminating their relationship with me because they have sent me the directions. I asked why I gave them nearly $400 to not be communicated with and they told me I was again violating their communication clause and to learn how to read. I am now at a loss as to how I can get my money back. I asked for a full refund since they literally did NOTHING to help get our certification processed which I am now doubting was ever going to happen. I got into contact with an ACTUAL government approved certification group and was told that this company is not even accredited to make the claims that they do. THIS IS A SCAM. Do NOT send them your hard earned money.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]3, and find that this resolution is unfortunate, but it seems we must accept this outcome as resolution.

This is not the proper forumn for customer disputes as stated in the Terms of Service which details the correct dispute resolution procedures.  This "Revdex.com" filing is also a breach of contract. Thanks.

As stated in the 23-page contract to which "complaining" party entered, all dispute resolution matters are administered under legally-binding arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association and therefore this "Revdex.com" format is not valid for "disputes."
Additionally, the...

8,400 word contract contains a slander / libel clause regarding commentaries such as this "Revdex.com" posting and exposes the "complainant" to civil liabilities for such breech and injury.
Texas Certification Directory™ will not participate in this process as stated in the Terms of Service Agreement.
Thanks.

This company does fraudulent work. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
Here is my experience. As every minority owned company trying to make the company successful. We were told we should be certified. So we thought contacting this organization to help us. First of all it says it is owned by the government as an .org however it is completely wrongly. It is owned and operated by one woman named.
They have embedded some thing in our email to know when we open and when we read which is completely illegal under privacy laws. She claims that I have opened email on the 19th and then submitted on the 27th which is within 14 days. Then she mentioned about a letter I have to sign. I am expecting a government agency to sent a letter with official company or state logo and everything. It end up being an embedded letter in the email which compose of 30 lines of text and a line to sign. it was really hard to get any support on this while I was confused. Then I get an email saying even though you have submit your letter it has passed 14 days. For the integrity and protection of our directory you will need to reapply and sorry you have to pay again. I have never ever heard of this before. When I asked them to work with me because the instruction was unclear. She told me no more communication. Further communication must be through arbitration. I want to warn anyone who is going to use the service. I have not proceed with them but I am not sure if they will not find other bones to pick and take your money and not provide any services.
