I am rejecting this response because the person in charge of Texas Certification Directory is saying they are not going...

to perform their services.   After I filled the form with Revdex.com I received the 3 messages from them and I am adding the respective screen-shoots to this respond.  So, my question is, who is going to protect the public from this kind of companies that are promising something that they are not willing to work on.The answer given by the Texas Certification Directory is their easy way to make this scam legal.  So, please let me know what is my next step for moving forward with this case under legal basis.
