As contractually stated, all disputes are resolved via American Arbitration Association as clearly detailed in the Texas Certification Directory™ Terms of Service located at www.texascertificationagency.com. Additionally, violation of the confidentiality clause such as this are a breach of contract and have just exposed complaining party to civil liability which Texas Certification Directory™ intends to pursue Would you want to do business with a company that signs agreements and then publicly discloses your business communications on the internet as done by Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing, LLC.? Thank You, Texas Certification Directory™
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the person in charge of Texas
Certification Directory is saying they are not going to perform their services After I filled the form with Revdex.com I received the messages from them and I am adding the respective screen-shoots to this respond So, my question is, who is going to protect the public from this kind of companies that are promising something that they are not willing to work onThe answer given by the Texas Certification Directory is their easy way to make this scam legal
So, please let me know what is my next step for moving forward with this case under legal basis

I am rejecting this response because:On January 5, 2018, Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing LLC submitted the online application for Small Business Owner CertificationThe application required a payment of $395.00, which was charged to a company credit card. Payment was made.On January 9, 2018, I submitted the Required Supporting Documentation and it was accepted except for the invalid sworn affidavit . I attempted to call for questions about the time line and other requirements for acceptance. The voice recording informed me that "all employees were helping others, to leave message and you will receive a return call". No call was returned. On January 10, 2018, I submitted a valid sworn affidavit. Also, received email indicating that an Authorization Letter which is required to complete the application process. No attachment on the email. I attempted to call for questions. The voice recording informed me that "all employees were helping others, to leave message and you will receive a return call". No call was returned. Called again on 01/15 and 01/18. No response. As of today, no one has returned my calls.

Contractual agreement as stated in the Terms of Service does not permit us at Texas Certification Directory™ to participate in public forumns as course for dispute resolution. All disputes are administered by American Arbitration Association as stated in the Terms of Service and agreed upon by both parties. Thanks
Texas Certification Directory™ does not participate in this or any Revdex.com forumn nor do you dictate the terms of this relationship. You can find the correct avenue for disputes via the Terms of Service including your responsibilities and our duties.Lastly, you have breached the contractual terms to which you agreed and therefore your relationship with Texas Certification Directory™ is being terminated with legal liabilities attached. P.S. Stop trying to disparage counter-parties in your business transactions and learn how to accept responsibility for your personal and professional failures which appear to be voluminous. Take Care,*** ***Chairman
An individual in my company signed me up for this "Certification" online and by the time I got around to reviewing it MYSELF, I had apparently a day left to submit documentation or they would forfeit the application and I would lose $I respectfully requested if I could get a refund and, if so, how would I go about submitting itThe companies response was rude and disrespectfulApparently, I play games for requesting a refund:
"Hello
No refunds are given as stated in the Terms of Service and click-through contract / online application that you submitted on November 24,
In fact, you read our email correspondence multiple times since then and here you are today trying to play games on December 7, See Communication Trail which states the date sent, number of times read, and last date you read the communication:
Email: Texas Certification Directory™: Required Documents for Woman Certification 11/25/2:AM 11/26/10:AM 11/30/3:PM
Edit | Del Email: Texas Certification Directory™: Point of Contact 11/25/2:AM 11/25/9:AM 12/7/8:AM
Edit | Del Email: Texas Certification Directory™: Receipt and Terms of Service 11/25/2:AM 11/25/7:AM 12/7/10:AM
Texas Certification Directory™ takes aggressive legal action against companies that fail to honour their contractual agreement If you attempt to file a chargeback with your credit card company, which is a breach of contract, Texas Certification Directory™ will take legal action against you and your company which will cost you several thousands of dollars to defend This is our standard operating procedure and we are experts in this rubber stamped process
You know you are playing games because the Receipt states the procedures and here it is on day or day and you are talking about a refund when the Receipt states you will lose your money on day after November 24, We are not going to play your games
Please respond with any comments
Thanks

Every business owner knows that whatever occurs within their company is ultimately the owner's responsibility. This is even more true when it is your spouse (ie. husband). We don't care about how many businesses you own: We care about you honoring the 24-page / 8,400 word business contract you entered into. Reiterating the terms of the contract and how we will exerciseour legal rights under said contract is not threatening, but our response to any breach of contract. You're already in breach for making such commentary in a public forumn and this is libel under the contractand you have exposed yourself to a US $5,000 lawsuit in Texas court. If you want someone to complain to about your employee (ie. husband) behaivor, then start at home and learn how to control your organization. We are not going to allow you to attempt to transfer your failure in management upon Texas Certification Directory™. Thanks.[redacted]Chairman

I am rejecting this response because:
I have indeed contacted the said company to resolve this dispute privately. However, we received an inappropriate response with threats of a legal action due to a request for refund. I am indeed a successful business woman, with this being my SECOND successful business. I DID NOT APPROVE this transaction, as it was done by someone else within my company thinking they were applying for the real directory.
Also, I received two new threatening emails that are inappropriate and untrue. I have not contacted my credit card company requesting a chargeback, but apparently, this company believes I have.

Pursuant to Texas Certification Directory™ agreement with client, this is the wrong forumn for such commentary. Client should pursue the agreed upon dispute resolution method.
Thanks.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Apparently the only way we're able to communicate with Texas Certification Agency, Inc. (Texas Certification Directory) in a seemingly civil manner (if at all) is through assistance, i.e. Revdex.com. We will only consider this matter resolved once we have our previously recorded demands met; we otherwise believe it appropriate to have the Revdex.com report appropriately the apparent fraudulent representations of TCA/TCD. We submit to the Revdex.com platform and appreciate all it does to protect consumers. In consideration of the Terms of Service attached hereto, we claim TCA/TCD has negligently breached same pursuant to Item 7. Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics, among others. Should the parties agree to abate this complaint subject to the proceedings of arbitration as provided in the Dispute Resolution provision of the Terms of Service, I request that this complaint remain unresolved with the Revdex.com until arbitration TCA/TCD comply with our demands.
