Worst Roadhouse I have ever been to.
The place was half empty, but still had to wait half an hour to be seated. Waitress was slow as a snal. She only had 4 tables, but was still terrible. Food was only warm at best, and not very good to boot. No manager to be found. Very disapointed. Store was at Pigeon Forge Tenn. 3786 Parkway. We were on vacation as we live in south cental Ohio. No store number on reciept. Sure will not go here again if we go back on vacation

unorganized place to eat!
while I have been to Texas ROADHOUSE many times located in Burlington n c many times over the last twelve years it has always been a very nice place to eat staff was great during these years but on April the 15th it wasnt they are unorganized music too loud waitress was ok but it took over 45 minutes to get a mix drink to my table and about an hour to get my food I will never eat here again after going there for 12 years

Contacted the guest and apologized for his issues with getting in touch with usI was able to reissue his gift card with a little extra for the troubleI am sending UPS so it is traceable [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution

I am writing this review due to a BAD experience I had in this store along with the employee who was part of the management team (so he said) named Ben I was seated and given rolls that were under a red lamp (saw this due to they were picked up on way to table.) that were like rubberThen, sat there for about seven to ten minutes before anyone cameHe took my order, then brought out a tea with lemon (which I asked for no lemon)Then I gave my order and my waiter went to a table that was next to me that had a wall in between with a large amount of people sitting at a tableI then witnessed him stay there until I had to ask another waiter to change my teaI then had to actually get verbal as in saying out-loud "guess I am not going to get my salad before my steak"Then, my waiter pulled himself away from the large group to bring me a saladThen, this employee named Ben starts running up and down the isle screaming at the top of his lungs "ALLEY RALLY ALLEY RALLY" Next thing that large group of people has a large number of employees around it and thy all start screaming in-audible thingsI then put my thumb down at them as in stopA woman from that large group then starts staring at me over this partition as I am eating me saladI then asked her not to stare at meWhen the large party leaves, the same woman stops at my table and tells me how rude I was, to which I told her to get away from meThen two young men I would say in their twenties said that was not cool of me to my face then told me to meet them out in the parking lot as in they wanted to fightThen, a person who was sitting in front of me gets up and points his finger in my face and said " I am tired of hearing your [redacted] mouth" I told him not to point his finger in my faceAt this time this "Ben" came to my table and said to me what is wrong like I had done something wrongWhen I told him everything, he then started laughing and told me (more then once and yelling when he said it) that they were a loud restaurantI then told him how really stupid he sounded and that I was contacting his corporate office and filing a complaintI then told him to get me my bill for my salad and my drinkThen, that same man who pointed his finger at me jumps up again and starts cussing and pointing his finger at me again, to which I told him not tooThen, Ben tells me he is going to "escort" me outI then told him he was not going to escort me out of anywhereI then left only to have the large group of people start yelling obscenities at me from their car following me out of the parking lot laying on their horn with all of them flipping me off out of their windowsI called and reported all this to the corporate number and spoke to someone named "Lisa" I am going to consult with a lawyer about all this

Called and spoke to guest she told me that everything is resolved and was resolved with the store directly the next day 4/8/

The [redacted] Texas roadhouse manager spoke to the guest's husband, [redacted] regarding their experience on 2/27/**He indicated that he sent the [redacted] family coupons for their next visit on us [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAfter I filed my Revdex.com complaint, I received a very nice call from [redacted] at Texas Roadhouse headquartersShe apologized for the issues at the restaurant and offered not only a refund of the meal cost, but as a way to make things right (and not lose loyal customers), she offered what she termed a “do over” at Texas Roadhouse expenseMs [redacted] said I would receive my refund through my bank (which I did days later) and that she was sending a “coupon” via email that would be for $plus $for a tip for the do-over mealUnfortunately, that was about two weeks ago and the promised coupon has not arrived by email, text or snail mailI left a voice mail for Ms [redacted] last week that explained that I wanted to talk with her before responding to Revdex.com’s request to accept or reject Texas Roadhouse’s response to my complaintMy message asked if there had been a problem in getting the do-over coupon to us as promisedI received no response to my voice mail inquiryI left my contact information on the message for Ms [redacted] , but to date, no response has been receivedI assume that the receptionist would have told me if Ms [redacted] had been ill, on vacation or quit Texas Roadhouse when I asked for her extensionI was not told she was out or otherwise absent when I calledI left a full and clear voice mail messageI appreciated the Texas Roadhouse refund, though it did not include the cash tip paid to the server who was at least 50% responsible for the poor results of that eveningFor all practical matters, I guess my complaint is closed because I got a refund, but the matter is not wholly satisfactoryThe resolution didn’t happen as offeredI didn’t over-demand money from the restaurantI did not outrageously threaten any particular action against Texas Roadhouse [redacted] told me that we might hear from the franchise owner of the [redacted] Texas Roadhouse restaurant, but she was not sure, but wanted me to be aware he knew of the issue we had with his restaurantThe problem is simple – we did not get the full promised resolution as Texas Roadhouse said they made with meI have no idea why they said one thing and did (or failed to do) anotherI didn’t get a return call from Ms [redacted] Whether the local franchise owner contacted me was not part of the promiseOn a corporate level, I would think a promised resolution would be fulfilledBeing ignored just because this matter is alleged to be fulfilled is not accurateThis kind of customer service speaks volumes to my wife and meMs [redacted] was conscientious, courteous and very caringShe didn’t have to offer a “do-over” coupon, but she chose to do soIt was not requested or expected, but certainly thoughtful and generousBut once it was offered, it should have had follow-thoughI would have accepted an explanation, say, ‘my boss won’t let me send a coupon,’ or ‘Texas Roadhouse can’t afford to give you a do-over meal’ as an answer to why there no coupon was sent to meNot receiving an answer, however, is unsatisfactory, though it could still just be an oversight, or Ms [redacted] was ill or injuredI don’t know - I agreed to reconsider my opinion of Texas Roadhouse based on the generous offer of the do-over couponIt wouldn’t make up for the bad 29th Wedding Anniversary dinner with our grandchild, but it would have caused me to reconsider visiting the restaurantTo be honest with you, I am not sure we will ever patronize Texas Roadhouse sua sponte (on our own action) againWe might go with others, but peanuts and soda would be our only expenseTherefore, my rejection of the Texas Roadhouse response is based on the following: they complied in part and failed in part to resolve the poor service and poor management response to our 29th anniversary dining experience We got the refund, yes, but Texas Roadhouse did not follow through with their promise to the eveningWe cannot say satisfactory things about the [redacted] Texas RoadhouseThe Texas Roadhouse customer service office isn’t looking too good at this point either for the reasons stated above [redacted] ***Attorney [redacted] ***

I would recommend these guys to anyone They do very good work and are very professional You know what they can do up front They replaced the bottom seat cover on my Tacoma Awesome job!
