I called the guest on 10/28/16 and left her a detailed voice mail. I let her know I am the supervisor of the department and I would talk with [redacted] about the experience the guest had with her.. I spoke to the guest and confirmed with the that the Managing Partner had contacted him and made things right. I also sent him out a gift card for his next visit. All is well here.

[redacted] with our claims team contacted the guest and let him know that we need documentations since this an insurance claim. He has no receipt and has thrown the camera away at this time. We have told him that if he sends us and email with the details of the camera's purchase we will use that to process the claim. We have offered him $65 for the property along with an additional $35 for reimbursement of the cost of the dinner that he feels was ruined because of the accident. Mr. [redacted] told Ms. [redacted] that it would be a day or so before he would send the email because he was asked to contact the Revdex.com after speaking with us. Texas Roadhouse sent this guest a $50 on 9/4/15. Confirmation number is [redacted] The gift card was sent to [redacted]. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.Thank you,[redacted]

Contacted the guest and apologized for his issues with getting in touch with us. I was able to reissue his gift card with a little extra for the trouble. I am sending UPS so it is traceable. [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution.

This case was sent to our Bethel Rd. location but actually occurred at the Grove City location.  Mr. [redacted]’s credit card was indeed overcharged by $15.00.  He contacted the store and wouldn’t let Josh (the manager on duty) refund his credit card.  He asked that we send him gift card...

which he never received.  I will reach out to Mr. [redacted] personally to try to rectify the situation.Todd C. B[redacted]
