Hello. The individual who called was the same one who originally made the $100 offer several weeks ago. I explained that I have left many voice mails and had to issue multiple complaints, along with having to buy another camera for our [redacted], all without any response from her or the business. After that explanation was provided, the individual started with attitude and said "well you fell through the cracks and we are human"! She did not care that my calls went un addressed for weeks. Seeing how she is the high up person for these issues, there is no repercussion when she fails at her job and causes more customer harm. Their responses to the Revdex.com make it seem like they are handling it, when they bully the customer hoping they give up. The last contact was unbelievable as they still blamed me then had no remorse for the extra money I had to spend on a new camera. They say it's an insurance issue not a customer service issue, so there is no need to go above and beyond. Sure they offered some $ but no stopped to consider the higher cost of a new camera (not from a pawn shop), the ruined clothes that were tossed, and the amount of time I had to take making all the complaints because they ignored me. Lets not mention ruining a young girls birthday dinner tradition (we go there every year to celebrate ). So yes they addressed the issue once Revdex.com stepped in but are still passing blame and still pushing back against the consumer.

Guest and I spoke and had a very good rapport. I invited her and her husband to return. I am sending them a $50.00 gift card. Gift card issued; issue resolved.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  Todd did indeed send me a gift card but to be sure, this business is suspect in my eyes. Also, Todd states that I refused a refund to my credit card. That is true, but who in their right mind would give their CC number over the phone to a business that already abused it? Sheer insanity in my opinion.

BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a quick wash and it became a huge headache and 200 dollar bill just like a previous review. They immediately blamed me for being at fault. Texas Roadhouse sent this guest an apology letter & a $60 gift card on 2/19[redacted]. We have also made the location aware of the guest's concerns.

I am writing this review due to a BAD experience I had in this store along with the employee who was part of the management team (so he said) named Ben. I was seated and given rolls that were under a red lamp (saw this due to they were picked up on way to table.) that were like rubber. Then, sat there for about seven to ten minutes before anyone came. He took my order, then brought out a tea with lemon (which I asked for no lemon). Then I gave my order and my waiter went to a table that was next to me that had a wall in between with a large amount of people sitting at a table. I then witnessed him stay there until I had to ask another waiter to change my tea. I then had to actually get verbal as in saying out-loud "guess I am not going to get my salad before my steak". Then, my waiter pulled himself away from the large group to bring me a salad. Then, this employee named Ben starts running up and down the isle screaming at the top of his lungs "ALLEY RALLY ALLEY RALLY" Next thing that large group of people has a large number of employees around it and thy all start screaming in-audible things. I then put my thumb down at them as in stop. A woman from that large group then starts staring at me over this partition as I am eating me salad. I then asked her not to stare at me. When the large party leaves, the same woman stops at my table and tells me how rude I was, to which I told her to get away from me. Then two young men I would say in their twenties said that was not cool of me to my face then told me to meet them out in the parking lot as in they wanted to fight. Then, a person who was sitting in front of me gets up and points his finger in my face and said " I am tired of hearing your [redacted] mouth" I told him not to point his finger in my face. At this time this "Ben" came to my table and said to me what is wrong like I had done something wrong. When I told him everything, he then started laughing and told me (more then once and yelling when he said it) that they were a loud restaurant. I then told him how really stupid he sounded and that I was contacting his corporate office and filing a complaint. I then told him to get me my bill for my salad and my drink. Then, that same man who pointed his finger at me jumps up again and starts cussing and pointing his finger at me again, to which I told him not too. Then, Ben tells me he is going to "escort" me out. I then told him he was not going to escort me out of anywhere. I then left only to have the large group of people start yelling obscenities at me from their car following me out of the parking lot laying on their horn with all of them flipping me off out of their windows. I called and reported all this to the corporate number and spoke to someone named "Lisa". I am going to consult with a lawyer about all this.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They do very good work and are very professional. You know what they can do up front.
They replaced the bottom seat cover on my Tacoma. Awesome job!

Although all our equipment is only two years old and we perform routine maintenance on a daily and weekly schedule, we did not question any possible existing damage due to aging and wear and tear of vehicle parts. Even though we washed 480 cars that day we did not experience any other incidents. We contacted you on four (4) separate occasions at the telephone number you had provided us on the incident report to address and remedy the issue. 1.) March 23, 2016 at aprox. 1:30pm, left a voice message that we would order the rear wiper for your vehicle. 2.)
