our policy at Zoom Car Wash to write up an incident report and contact the people involved within hoursAlthough all our equipment is only two years old and we perform routine maintenance on a daily and weekly schedule, we did not question any possible existing damage due to aging and wear and tear of vehicle partsEven though we washed cars that day we did not experience any other incidentsWe contacted you on four (4) separate occasions at the telephone number you had provided us on the incident report to address and remedy the issue1.) March 23, at aprox1:30pm, left a voice message that we would order the rear wiper for your vehicle2.) March 28, 2016at approx 12:21pm, left a message to schedule a time to replace the wiper 3.) March 30, at approx 9:25am left a message on voice mail to address issue 4.) Monday starting from scratch and had no record of any previous complaint or Revdex.com complaintShe then offered $(less than originally offered from the dirst individual in the Louisville offece) because she "just wanted to get this over with"I rejected the offer as it was less than the first one and it was before I had to reach out for help on multiple occasions

We have been picking up orders from this location all summer we've not any problems until last week where the they were training a new girl on the carryout so was alot going on and my order was missing the baked potatoes spoke with the manager when I got home told her was missing these potatoes she told me she would send out a coupon for a free entree we haven't received itWasnt that big of a deal told her we've ordered from here for awhile with no issues it's understandable she was training alot going onBut yesterday's experience took our experience with your place to a new level of disappointment and actually upset me alotI placed my order as I always do the girl said she was new she read the order back to me was correct, I get there to pick it up the order is wrong they gave me shredded pork instead of Pork chops.Had to wait for that to be perpared meanwhile the other food continue to sit open getting coldShe rang my order up and she ran my card for dollars and some ch

In the GR notes the Christiansburg store refunded the guests money and sent them a dinner pass saying the guest will returnThis was on 2/6. Thank you,*** ***

This case was sent to our Bethel Rdlocation but actually occurred at the Grove City location Mr***’s credit card was indeed overcharged by $ He contacted the store and wouldn’t let Josh (the manager on duty) refund his credit card He asked that we send him gift card
which he never received I will reach out to Mr*** personally to try to rectify the situation.Todd CB***

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Todd did indeed send me a gift card but to be sure, this business is suspect in my eyesAlso, Todd states that I refused a refund to my credit cardThat is true, but who in their right mind would give their CC number over the phone to a business that already abused it? Sheer insanity in my opinion.
