I just want to thank Power Vac for the wonderful job they done on my duct work. They showed me the before and after work and my ducts were sparkling when they were done. I will be using them again in the future and will be telling all my friends what a friendly and professional company they are.

March 12, 2018Re:  Response to Complaint 12697193Attached are my office notes concerning my conversation with [redacted].  The eyeglasses provided to the patient proved a significant improvement in his vision.  Unfortunately, the patient's eye condition declined more rapidly...

than expected.  This was confirmed by the technician at the M.D.'s office where the cataract surgery was recommended.I tried to explain fully to the patient that he did received what was needed.  The lenses could be remade after his surgery to the new prescription at no charge.  This is provided the new prescription is received within the 1 year warranty period.As far as a refund is concerned, after all the facts were considered, I could not find a reason to issue a refund.Sincerely,[redacted], Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because: I have had to purchase new glasses to send the other back per their request. I am requesting a refund to help offset this cost. I have suffered severe headaches with their glasses. Thank you!

Paid this company in excess of $28K to remodel/rehab a rental property and I now have subcontractors pulling their permits and calling me for payment because they have NOT been paid by the contractor, ALL PHASE REMODELING & RESTORATION. I have a signed contract stating the payment increments and I have fulfilled ALL my monetary obligations to this company. I now have a house that nothing has been finished(electrical/plumbing/foundation/underpinning). The paint job done is so bad that I have had people tell me that it needs to be completely redone(windows not sealed/pealing paint). I was assured this contractor had the necessary & experienced sub-contractors to complete a quality job and that is NOT at all what has occurred.
