Promised refund for food poisoning was never received.
I visited here back in August for a late night dinner while visiting from out of state for a baseball game. As everything around our hotel was completely packed, we stopped here as we could be seated immediately with our newborn. The waitress was nice enough, food appeared decent, but I ended up getting violently ill, probably the worst food poisoning I've experienced. I had ordered a chicken salad, so either the lettuce wasn't washed properly or the chicken not cooked enough. As my fiance and I had shared our previous meal, and this was one she refused to try, it was pretty obvious where it came.

I contacted corporate directly. I quickly received a follow up call from the store manager (I think), and I had requested the amount to be refunded. I was promised a refund in 2-5 days. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to corporate again, no refund. They said I would get a call soon. I repeated this process 5 times in the last 2 months, and no phone call, just the same response, we'll have someone get in touch.

I would appreciate the promised refund, as $65 is a tiny sliver of the amount of money we wasted on this trip only to end up confined to a hotel room until I was well enough to travel home. I do have copies of all email correspondence as needed.

Worst place ever! Horrible customer service. Long waits.
Worst place ever! EVERYTIME I DINE IN THE FOOD TAKES FOREVER AND IS ALMOST NEVER RIGHT. Servers and host walk around aimlessly and people are waiting to be seated or served. I FIGURED I WOULD PUT IN AN ORDER ONLINE THIS TIME AND SO I DID. Placed the order at 6:30 and it stated order would be ready at 7:02. I arrived at 7:13 no order. Manger took 20 mins to tell me they never received the order but I have a confirmation and already paid. She then states it isn't their fault I told her well it sure isn't mine. After confirmation of order and location. She asked me to wait another 20 mins for the order to be made I explained I needed to go because I had taken I've r up and wanted a refund she advised she. Any give me a refund. I advised that I wasn't leaving empty handed and would take a gift card. She states she can't do that either. This is by far the worst experience and I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Tgif in Towson Md. Tina Bell claims to be the manager. AFTER WAITING TIL 8:00 pm another guy comes out as the manager and states the order will be out in 7 mins . Food arrive at 8:30pm! Horrible customer service.

Restitution for my time and $30 Uber ride. Also a refund for the food that was ordered. I waited over two hrs.

Not honoring price promised
We came to the Scarsdale NY to have dinner and drinks. This location doesn't always honor advertised specials, so I called not once but twice to verify that the frozen lava drink would be $5 dollars. I spoke with 2 waiters who assured me a $5 price. When I ordered my food and drinks my waitress comes back and says it's a mistake and will have to charge $10 each. I asked for a manager and expressed its bad practice to tell us a price then change it because you didn't communicate with your waiters that the price has changed. She then acknowledged its bad practice and she did not notify her staff and she's sorry but the cash register won't let her charge $5. I asked her again to resolve this issue in the store because it is poor customer service and misleading. She stated there's nothing that can be done but she'll TRY to update her staff. I want this to be resolved with corporate and the Revdex.com because this is not the first time Fridays took no accountability.

Customer service & food was horrible.
On 09/03/2019 I visited the Friday's in Oak Park, IL & to say the least I was disappointed. I was not greeted, I walked around looking for help to do a take out order for like 10 minutes. Waitresses were rude & not helpful. The food was undone even though I asked for everything fresh. Macaroni had shredded cheese threw on top like nobody cared it was warm shredded cheese was cold. My sliders were not well done like I asked & my chicken sandwich wow the bread was soggy I couldn't pick it up without everything sliding off. The whole visit was just horrible. I will be attaching pictures.

My complaint involves false advertising by TGIF Fridays. The are advertising daily specials from Monday through a dinner portion and a lunch portion. However, when you try order the cajun shrimp and chicken lunch special is not available. I called Charlotte, North Carolina store to out how to order the lunch portion at that price, I was told by the manager that she didn't now know how, for me to call the corporate office at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and have them instruct me on how to get this done. I called the corporate and spoke with Ann that told me it couldn't be done at the price they advertized. I explained to Ann that is false advertizing your advertizing a lunch time special on a Monday for a price that you can't receive online, which is one of the requirements to get that special's price.

I placed an order at 9:49pm for $30.29, the TGI FRIDAYS website said it would be ready at 10:19pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20. It took quite some time for anyone to come to the front. Apparently the hostess was also working as a waitress, bartender, and checking on the back of the house. At 10:15 the waitress said they working on it. At 10:20 she came and said manager was coming to speak with me about the wait. At 10:30 another waitress came and said they never got an online order, I showed her my online receipt. At 10:45 they came back out and asked if the manager had spoke with me. I still never saw a manager. Then I was told the cook walked out so the food was just starting to get worked on. At 10:50 a full hour after ordering I asked for my money back and the manager still did not come out. I was told I could not be refunded because online ordering is through a third party. I ordered on the tgifridays website. So I currently just lost $30.29 received no food and completely wasted my time tonight. I am so disappointed in TGI FRIDAYS and the way this location is running. Something needs to be done to remedy this situation because I'm sure I was not the only person ripped off and given absolutely terrible customer service tonight.

Me and my boyfriend came here last night, May 25,2019 around 1030 pm and the service was awful. The restaurant was not packed so I don't understand why we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated then we didn't see our waitress for another 20 minutes. Once we were seated we only had menus. There was no eating utensils, we had to ask for some. We had to ask the girl who seated us where our waiter was and for drinks. When she finally showed up she didn't introduce herself, she was giving off the vibe that she really didn't want to be there. Our orders were placed but we didn't see our waiter again. Somebody else brought our food out and it was rushed. We ordered pasta and the noodles weren't done and they were clumped together. We didn't want to complain because we already waited long enough. We normally enjoy this establishment and it's was disheartening to get such bad service last night.

Other (requires explanation) What we would like is to be able to come back into This establishment and get treated with the proper customer service. If we are spending money here we shouldn't have to deal with horrible service by waiters who don't want to be at work.

On May 28,2019 my daughter had called and made reservations on the morning of Ma27,2019 for a party of 16 people they told her they had us down.We called them on the 28 to tell them that we were on the way and to give us about ten mintues someone informed her that some of our party was already there after we arrived we waited about a hour so we asked was our table ready we were informed that we would have to wait thirty additional mintues because two people in our party was not there so they seated a party of people that merely had just walked in the door and all of there party was not there either then someone came over and said of sorry but we can"t go by reservation now because it"s so many people coming in so we left.

I reserved a table by calling he restaurant om the morning of May 27,2019 and wanted to know details of exactly what to do for the night of May 28,2019 for my son graduation. I called the morning of the 28 to confirm that I would call on our way and the table would be ready. I called as promised and was informed that a couple members of the party had arrived and that we would be seated when we arrived. When 14 out of 16 of our party were there we asked to be seated, because I myself have MS and it was hot and I was released from the hospital a couple days prior in order to attend graduation. I also needed water. We were told no, but they were seating other parties that were not complete. When the other two people did arrive we informed them and they told us it would be 30 minutes. As they were telling us this a party of 14 came in and was seated immediately. We asked why were they seated and were told because they had a reservation. We asked to speak to a manager and he reiterated the reservation policy and we told him what happened and we told him what happened. He told us we could sit outside. I informed him my condition doesn't allow for me to be outside and was told that it would 30 minutes since our party wasn't there and we again told him our entire party is sitting here and waiting. We called and got a table at BJ's brewhouse with no problem.

On April 15, XXXXX, I placed an online order in which the total came to $63.98. Once I put in the payment information, I never received a confirmation of my order, only an error message. I called the store in Burlington, where the order was placed for pick up to confirm the order. About 5 minutes after that, I called and cancelled the order because I changed my mind. I was told that my money could not be refunded to me from the store, but that I needed to contact the corporate office for a refund. I sent an email that night and received an automated reply on 4/16/19. As of today, I still have not received my refund. I spoke to a manager from the Burlington store on 4/27/19 named Art who told me to give him a couple of days and he would call me back with a solution. I have not heard anything else. I have sent numerous emails with my complaint and request, and only receive the same automated response... that someone will look into the issue.

The waitress over charged my card, me and my cousin ate dinner. 2 separate checks, I paid with a card, and she paid with cash. This was established at the beginning of our order. She lied and said that she told me that she told me she double charges me in error. No she was stealing , she charged my card, for both and my cousins order and attempted to keep the cash for my cousin's order. I have my receipt to prove , spoke with the manager and he ignored the question and concern and disregarded what his employee did, both of them tell me to wait for the return to be put back on my card. Declined to resolve the issue and that's it. Im very upset.

My vehicle sustained damage while in the parking lot at TGI Friday's at *** Drive in Charlotte, NC; they should pay for repairs.
On March 24, 2019, at TGI Friday's on *** Drive, Charlotte, NC, XXXXX, my vehicle sustained damage caused by damaged light guard posts in the parking lot. The concrete yellow posts that are placed in front of the street/parking lot lights should be completely upright; however, the posts are almost parallel to the ground which makes them impossible to see when backing in. TGI Friday's was aware that these posts were damaged and instead of fixing them or placing cones to let customers know that it was unsafe to park there, left the posts to cause damage to customer vehicles. Over a month later and the posts are still damaged (I have photos to prove it). There were several different colors of paint on the yellow posts which indicates that several cars have hit the posts because at the angle in which they are, we cannot see them. I reached out to them several times which include March 25, April 8, April 12, and April 17. I submitted a request to be contacted on the business website on April 8 and was never contacted. I was provided the Case # XXXXXXXXXA and requested that my car be repaired. On April 17, I was provided with 2 $50 gift cards that I advised I will never use because I will never dine at TGI Friday's again after this horrible experience. The contact with the customer service team yielded no requested results. I would like for TGI Friday's to pay for my car to be repaired. If the posts in their parking lot was not damaged, I nor any of their other customers would have to deal with damage to our vehicles.

Served our meal/drinks in glasses with cracks in them. Demanded my Credit Card for them to hold in order to be served.
My wife and I went to TGI Friday's on Saturday, April 6th 2019 for lunch. When we first arrived, the waitress immediately DEMANDED to hold my credit card in order for us to be served. I am a 51 year old man, my wife is 50, I tried to assure her that we have no desire to "Dine-and-Dash," yet, she adamantly refused to serve us until she held my credit card. I have no idea where my credit card went, nor do I know who held it, or what they did with it once it was out of my sight. This made me INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I have never been so insulted in all of my life.

Next, the waitress then brought us our food in a timely manner. But when she brought out the drinks she had the audacity to serve us in glasses that had massive cracks in them. I have taken pictures of the glasses. What if I was wearing a white outfit and the glass cracked in my hands and spilled my drink all over me or my wife? Was Friday's willing to pay for our dry cleaning?!!

With a restaurant on Ocean DR., directly on Miami's infamous South Beach, you would think that they could afford to serve their customers in glasses that were aptly intact. And this policy of demanding a CC to be served.

I dined at TGI Friday's on Wednesday the 13th of March around 11:00am. I paid my bill of $18.55 ($22.26 including tip.) I left there around 11:34am (time on my receipt). Approximately 12 minutes later, I received a text and phone call from my bank saying that my card was keyed in at TGI Friday's for a charge of $204.11. My card had been on a hold and had to get a new card because of this. I've called them twice now, and they don't seem concerned about the issue.

On 2/14/19 I went to TGI Friday's for dinner. My bill totaled 36.77 I left a five dollar tip for the waiter so my final total was 41.77. Upon arriving home I checked my bank account and noticed that I had a charge from TGI Friday's in the amount of 41.77 as well as a separate unauthorized charge of 17.49. I attempted to call TGI Friday's over the course of an hour (until about 8:30 pm) and was still unable to get through to anyone. Ultimately, due to the fact that I feared my card information had been stolen (due to the unauthorized charge) I left my significant other on Valentine's Day and drive to the location to determine what was going on with my card. I spoke with a manager by the name of Liz and she apologized for the mix up and informed me that due to the inconvenience my card would be refunded in full for 41.77. This was fair to me considering I spent a good portion of my Valentine's Day evening on the phone trying to get through to someone as well as traveling to TGI Friday's and speaking with a manager. I was informed by Liz that it would take approximately 3-5 business days for my card to be refunded. Approximately 1.5 weeks later I called TGI Friday's because I still had not received my refund. At this point a supervisor named Dan told me it had just been approved and I should receive it by Monday. Again, by that Monday I had not yet received it. At that point I called back and spoke with Dan again. Dan informed me that it was approved and he was not sure why I hadnt received the refund. He apologized and asked for my email. He told me he would be sending me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. At that point I told Dan that l was greatful for the gesture but that I still was seeking my full refund and he stated that he absolutely understands and this certificate was simply a curtosey. Fast forward to a week later, I had still not received a refund for 41.77. I called the corporate number on 3/4 and 3/11 as of today I have not heard from anyone nor have I received my refund

I was a Friday's fan. March 4th changed it all. I went in for the Big Rib Special there is nothing big about the ribs barely meat on them. We ordered a cocktail which we didn't get for 35 minutes bc the bartender were waiting tables. Server sucked!!!! THE MANAGER SARAH DEFINITELY don't handle things like a manager should. My bill was 29.something I was charged my bill then, I was charged for both parties when my bestfriend paid for her food with cash. Then I was invited back the next day by another friend. And was food poisoned on March 5th. I had to be hospitalized with IV for meds & fluid. My discharge papers say I was food poisoned. I reported late in the evening on the 6th bc I had been feeling so bad. Sarah calls on the 8th & tell me she checked the temperature & the food no one else got sick! How u check the food & temperature when the 5th had passed....LAWYER ME PLEASE'??'??'???

Waitress Naomi at TGI Fridays stole money off of my debit card without authorization.
On Sunday February 24, 2019 myself and 3 adults and one toddler(3 years old) went to TGI Fridays to eat. The waitress Naomi was terrible, one of the orders was not right, we had to ask for napkins, those sort of things. She looked like she hated her job and didn't want to be there and it showed. We finally had enough and decided to take our food to go. The check came and it was exactly $78.13 and I left a debit card tip of $1.87 to even it out to $80.00. I signed off on $80.00, but when I checked my bank account and it cleared on Tuesday February 26, 2019, the total was $92.13. I did not authorize the additional $12.13. I called TGI Fridays guest relations on Wednesday February 27th 2019 and was told that someone would get in touch with me in 1-2 days. Today is day 6 and I had to call TGI Fridays guest relations again. I was told that they are looking into it. The problem is that if Naomi is stealing money from me, she is probably doing it to others and they don't know if they don't check their bank statements. I did contact my bank about fraud charges because I did not authorize the additional $12.13. Will never go to or tell anyone to eat at Fridays,but will tell of the theft regarding Naom.

Greetings, Today I called the Friday's location at*** in Memphis TN. I ask to speak with the Manager. Once the Manager was on the phone, I asked for his name and he would not give it to me and hung the phone up on me. I was calling to make a complaint and have my bank account corrected for a huge overcharge by Friday's. I was in Fridays on February 5th, 2019 and I had a dessert that cost $7.64 which is what I paid and it is listed on my receipt. However, I checked my bank account by chance today and realized that that location charged me $ 76.64. My server name on my receipt is Danise 452 and I was at the table (64/2). It would be nice to receive an apology from the unnamed manager, however, please assist with contacting these rude people and assist with getting my bank account corrected.

I placed an order online on 2/1/19 at 9:41pm that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 10:10p. When I arrived to the restaurant almost 10 mins later the order was still not ready and I was told the online order could not be found although I was already successfully charged for it. After much waiting around with no answers at my request a manager named Giovanni finally came but provided no apology or customer service at all for that matter. I requested a refund and was told it would take about 3 days but he couldn't provide me with any evidence that the refund was processed and said I would have to call back to find out about it.

On 12/8/18 I online ordered from Fridays. Both meals were incorrect - my wife who is pregnant order a burger with no pink and it came pink. I ordered southern fried chicken sandwich and they only game me chicken and cheese. I submitted an online complaint about this and on 12/20 received a call from a female employee, who I believe was a manager, saying she would refund my total credit card charge. She also sent me two $10 certificates, even though she recognized my complaint said I didn't want them. I have yet to use the certificates and will not use them. She told me to submit my online receipt to email address ***@fridays.com, which I did on the same day. I sent to follow up emails to this address as my refund was not issued. On 1/15/19 I called the store and spoke to a male manager and described my situation. He told me they don't respond to emails to that email address, which is a complete lie because I received a response from that address verifying they received my emailed online order receipt. He asked me for the order amount and last four of my credit card, which I provided, and said he would send the request to corporate to have it refunded ASAP. Well its 2/3/19 and I still haven't received my refund. I have been lied to and feel deceived because they promised me a refund and they haven't given it to me. I don't want the certificates and will never go back to that store ever again. This is terrible customer service and there is a complete lack of accountability.
