I went on June 8 to this place that also have another address TGI Friday's 1552 Broadway, at 46th Street, New York City, NY 10036-1518 (Midtown) XXX-XXX-XXXX I was with my two kids and friends (4 people). Te service and the food were really bad. The restaurant was not clean, the washroom were very dirty.We we asked for the tabs, the server refused to give us one for each family. We had to split the about $147 ourselves. I paid $70 with my credit card and left tip in cash. When I received my credit card statement I was charged $90!. The server clearly forget my tab. This is hugly dishonest and certainly criminal.I have already reported them to the MasteCard company.

and I had Friday rewards I didnt use. I need to know how to get my certificates resent and reactivated. I lost my spouse and was out of town for a few months. 6-9-18 I ordered a Fridays combo, wings were placed with old ones and covered in new sauce. restaurant never contacted me. Guest relations gave $10.
On 6-9-18 my daughter and I came to Buffalo for a dance comp, and celebrated for a dance comp. She ordered a full rack of ribs and I a Friday's combo. I had an issue with the wings. I ordered garlic parm sauce and it was not very good, so I asked for bbq instead. To my surprise the new wings came back in 2 minutes. Now I am 100% confident that fresh wings, well done with bbq sauce will never be ready in 2 minutes. I asked my waitress if these were the old wings? She told me no, she tossed those out. I have pictures of the old wings and they look identical to the new ones, right down to the torn pieces that I took off. I left those there, and finished the remainder of my meal. I paid the check and left. I formed an online complaint a guest relation rep commented about how sorry they are and gave me $10 digital gift card. I found this to be unacceptable because I did not pay $10 for the meal nor was I ever contacted personally call or email by the manager of that site.

I am seeking a replacement for the meal, whether it is in Fridays points or otherwise.

On Friday, May 11, 2018 at 10:00pm, five of my friends and I walked in initially to TGI Fridays to get a table. No one was at the front so we walked toward the open booths we saw. We saw a waiter and asked her should we wait at the front or can we seat ourselves? She responded that's what the benches are for up there. Mind you, this is in front of seated customers as well. Appalled, one of the ladies in our party responded that's kind of rude don't you think? Were trying to figure out where to go because no one is up front. The waiter then responds I'm just direct like that. That's just how I am. I separated from the group and asked one of the other workers to grab the manager. We informed Jeff the manager about our interaction with one of his waitresses. He said he was sorry and would have a conversation with her. We then asked for a table to be seated. We had a party of 10. He originally said it would be a wait. Then said he could seat 5 people in one section and 5 people in another section but it would still be a wait. We let him know that we wanted to eat together. He said ok it would be a few minutes to wait but we still wouldn't be sitting together. By this time the rest of our party of 10 showed up. We asked Jeff the manager why wouldn't we be able to sit together. Jeff insisted it was because TGI Fridays does not accommodate parties of 10 only parties of 8. By this time, another waiter who had been standing nearby witnessing the entire interaction volunteered to seat us but by this point our party was not comfortable eating at such an establishment. We bided him adieu and I indicated I will be sharing my experience with corporate as well as the Revdex.com. Jeff responded with ok, that's fine.

Does not honor their own fine print included in their Rewards Program certificates.

I guess you changed that policy then since the last time. Explains why I couldn't find where to enter my reward. Although I do and did read the fine print underneath the reward. Of the included screenshot shot the fifth line up from the bottom, it says "Dine- In and Online". I will be reporting to the Revdex.com you not honoring your own word and certificates. If you did not wish online rewards you shouldn't of included in in the fine print. If you ignore that you must ignore all other restrictions included in certificate details.

On January 1, 2018, I was looking to purchase a gift card for a family member. I went on to the TGIF website and they were advertising a $5.00 gift card with a $25.00 gift card purchase. I purchased the $25.00 and after a few days, hadn't received the $5.00 promotion. I reached out to TGI Friday's and they advised me that the promotion ended on December 31, 2017. I explained to them that The promotion was still listed on their website with no "purchase by" date and sent along with my email some screenshots I had taken from their website. They then responded with "As per our discussion, we will be reaching out via email. Based on our investigation, the Electronic Gift Card was purchased on January 1, 2018. However, the promotion to receive a Bonus Bites Card is only up until December 31,2017". I then explained AGAIN that their website did not indicate that. I have attempted to reach out to them a few times since and have asked that a customer service representative call me and I have not received any response from the company. All I wanted is what was advertised.

Placed an order togo for 2 pastas and one spinach dip. Food was disgusting, no sauce on the pasta. Kaz (manager) was very rude & not helpful.
My friend picked up the order. When we open all togo boxes pastas were not appealing. Pasta was very dry with no sauce. Basically just pasta, chicken and shrimp again no sauce. Contacted the store and requested to speak with a manager. Kaz the manager got on the phone. He was no EXTREMELY RUDE AND did not provide ANY willingness to help. I explained to him I would file a Revdex.com he did not care. As a manager this should not be a reflection of TGI Fridays. I want a refund. Coral Springs location is by far the Worst. I provided him with a check number 2418 which was on the bag provided and he said only one item appeared and continued to go back and fourth with me. A portion was paid in cash and card. I want my refund immediately. Horrible and Service. Next option I will take this to social media.

I was contacting the Revdex.com because I spoke with the manager the same day I received service. She told me I will be issued a refund in 7 to 10 Buisness days. That was on the 24th of March and I still have not received my refund. I contacted corporate and they told me I will receive a call within 1 to 2 days. And I still haven't received a call. And that was on the 6th of April.

To confirm my appointment, My date of my birthday party was held on Sunday March 24, at 4pm, my party all arrived at 4pm, except 2 people. The guest turned out being 15 people instead, which if they had to sit at the bar, it would have been no problem, So when I arrived the manager came over and he tells me they don't have no such as reservation online, we showed him the email. And he said it wasn't true, so anyways, at the time, the restaurant was practically empty, so from 4pm to 5pm, he had my party standing waiting to be seated and there was no one there.Also the waitress came over once to see if anyone wanted drinks or place an order. So my guess and I after waiting patiently another hour goes by, by this time its after 6pm. still not food, so my party and I requested to speak with the manger, the Manager got offended because we wanted to now why they hadn't at least served us water and why should a long wait, and the place was empty, no apology no we preparing the food or anything, by that time, they cooks came from the back of the kitchen 4 gentleman and begin to start arguing with me and my guest making a scene in front of the other guest that was dining there also called the police on us, as though we were in the wrong, when we as the customer had the right to be upset. because it was giving poor service, so of course after being there 2 1/2 hours no food or anything, the manger yells and tells us we could just leave and calls the police on us, so of course my party and I all left in peace, I work customer service for going on 20 years, I have never experience anything like this before in my life. the manager Jeff needs training on his customer service skills, and I believe I am due a credit or something for time

I have called 3 different times since I placed an order at this specific TGI Friday's. It was on Christmas Day and the website still allowed me to make a reservation even though this specific location was closed. I have called several times, each of which I have spoken with a manager, being promised to not only a refund but they said they would call me if there were any issues in processing the refund. Multiple charges on my bank card.

I ate at this establishment on March 29 the waitress charged my card multiple times. I notified the manager Josh he told me that the charges would be credited back to my account that has yet to happen. I contacted the corporate office & was told I would get a call back that has not happened. I finally contacted my credit union & it will take them r5 days to dispute the charges. I spoke to another manager by the name of Michael & he was not helpful & they all were being rude about my money. I consider this theft. I explained if I ate there & walked out on the check they would say I stole from them. Now that's how I feel they stole my money & no one there is trying to make the correction or apologize for what I'm feeling.

I would like my money back for the multiple charges made to my card & at this point an apology for my troubles.

On 3/12 I was in the TGI Friday's parking lot and hit ran over an area that was in disrepair and caused two flat tires. The area was filled in but all the asphalt that was filled was now missing. I have received no response after numerous attempts to contact for a solution. I had repair costs of $1178 due to the hazardous parking lot.

Glass in my drink and inadequate handling by management
On March 24th while having a drink at the Dover De, TGI Fridays, I sucked on a sharp piece of glass that came up through the straw and cut my tongue and roof of my mouth. It took over 15 minutes for the manager to come over to the table, for her to ask me if I wanted to file an incident, and even tried to discourage me from doing so. I was told the drink would be remade and removed from my bill and that the ice likely had glass in it from debris from something breaking and that the ice was completely changed. I told the manager I wanted to fill out the incident report, which she took almost an hour to bring back to me. She at no point apologized or seemed concerned by the fact that I cut my mouth and nearly swallowed broken glass. After filling out the report and paying my bill (which the manager told me she would not adjust beyond my glass filled drink and appetizer) the manager brought me back a copy of the report, again with no apology or empathy for how serious the issue was

I ordered food(Streak Dinner) from TGI Friday's and as I begin to eat the food, the streak was extremely over cooked. Not within 20 minutes of eating I bit down on something hard and when I spit out the food I saw my teeth within the meat. Before I had the chance to make my waiter and management aware of the problem with the food I was embarrassed, but paid for the meal because of the pain my mouth was in and wanting to further examine the damage to my teeth. A few days later I filed a incident report twice because the first report was thrown out for some odd reason and wasn't filed properly with the correct corresponding individuals. This is completely unprofessional on management's behalf and embarrassing that they treat customers this way.

I wrote to TGI Friday's corporate on 1/27/18 regarding a visit I had with my family and in-laws that night. My complaint was about poor service and food. I specifically asked the management email me due to my phone being broken. I never received contact. I emailed again a few times over the following weeks, never receiving contact from management. I submitted another email to corporate about a week and a half ago, assuring me the management would reach out. I followed up again this week, and again never received a response.

Other (requires explanation) Not that I really want to eat there again due to our experience, and especially after the lack of contact from management over a month later, but our total was almost $77 without tip. It would be nice to recoup that money somehow.

I visited TGI Fridays on January 29th, my bill was $59.34 and I paid it with my debit card, I purposely did not leave a tip because I was not satisfied with my service. When I checked my bank account I noticed that I was charged $64.34, I immediately call the restaurant, I then visited the restaurant and obtained a copy of my bill and spoke to the manager on duty. He assured me that I was only charged for the $59.34 that I signed for. I waited a week to see if the charges on my bank statement would change but they didn't. I've tried contacting TGI Friday's corporate office regarding this matter and I have not heard back from them. I am very concerned because although $5 is a small amount, some patrons may not notice the charge and if it is done to 20 customers a day that is $100 stolen from patrons. If my bill was $59.34 how did they charge me more than I signed for?

Rude General Manager
I went in on 3/1 to order lunch for myself. I came in to pick up my food and the waitress asked for the credit card used to purchase the food. I told her I did not have it because I left my purse at work I told her I could give her the last 4 but I didn't memorize my whole card number. She went over to the rude General Manager by the name of Jennifer who say me standing there and did not even have the courtesy to walk over to me and explain what the problem was. Since Jennifer did not get up to explain what was going on I walked over to her and asked what the problem was she immediately started raising her voice and rolling her neck saying it was company policy. On X-X-XXXX I had placed an online order which was canceled due to the restaurant closing early. I had called the 1-800 number 4 times without anything being resolved. It's been 3 weeks and no one have got back to me neither have I received a refund.

Went to TGI Friday's on Saturday to get some food and received bad food and bad service. Didn't get food in a fair amount of time and the food was bad
Saturday February 24th I went to T.G.I. Friday's at 1475'western Avenue which is in Stuyvesant plaza. I ordered food with a few friends and was expecting to be treated fairly and receive some good food but that wasn't the case. They let other customers who got there after us order first, that's the first wrongful doing. Then when we did get the service, we order and received our food very late and the food orders were incorrect. We also didn't have forks and knives at our table. The food order was wrong, it was cold, and it was dry. The waiter only came to check on us about three times.

I went to TGI FRIDAY'S in sevierville tn with my family! To get endless apps as advertised! Upon being seated I asked about the endless apps and they handed me a menu with endless apps priced at 15.00$ ! I quickly pointed out the the server that the price was off! According to advertising! And she said they go by commercials! So I pulled up the commercial for endless apps always $10.00 ! And she said she would talk to someone upon getting our order she said there was nothing they could do on the price. That the price was set by the owner ! I then informed Crystal #634 that the owner could be in lots of trouble for fraudulent practices! (False advertising) She then informed me that the owner owned three TGI FRIDAY's including the one I was at in surrounding areas such as pigeon forge and gatlinberg! I knew then it was my duty as a United States citizen to inform the triple B of this atrocity! I also photographed the in store advertisements and kept my receipt for proof! And let Crystal know that I would be contacting the Revdex.com!
