Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by B&Z Auto Enterprises, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] They owe me $they promised me in writing (Bobby E [redacted] ) on 2/*/ I sent a copy of his email directly to me stating they would "over night a check in the amount of $for my inconvenience of having to park my vehicle because they did not receive the tags in time or within the days they had to do it I want what was promised to me in writing from Bob E [redacted] in his email to me on 2/ [redacted] that he will mail me a check via over night mail in amount of $ I've called, sent emails, & even wrote letters to him, my salesman (Lemar Davis) & the general manager (Barry Schean) with no response! I just want what was promised to me in writing on 2/I have copies of his email & forwarded them to NY Revdex.comB on this original complaint They won't respond in any form! Several options were given to the customer including different vehicles and payment plans, lease and financeAt no point was a "bait and switch" a part of this purchaseBoth vehicles were ready for sale, the customer was presented options and based on financial constraints (monthly payment) and vehicle selection Eastchester CJDR provided the best possible scenarioAll $10,of down payment was disclosed on the lease contract and used to pay $for tax, $for DMV, $for first payment and the balance went towards cap cost reductionThe customer signed a buyers order, bill of sale, and a contract to purchaseNo issues came about until they were notified by a 3rd party that "if" the vehicle were to be in a total loss then their down payment would not be returnedI am willing and able to help our customer put themselves in a better monthly payment situation if they choose to "buy out" the lease and convert into a finance, stretching the term and lowering the payment somewhat, but I cannot return the $10,down paymentThe vehicle is in good working order and we did nothing wrong

We negotiated with the customer based on a budget they conveyed to our sales staff upon walking into our showroomA copy of the window sticker, dealer invoice, buyers order, and Bill of sale were given to the customer at time of delivery expressing the sale price and state feesThey wished to renegotiate the terms two days after the sale was completed which is not possibleThis transaction included New York State insurance, plates, registration, tax and dmv fees and at no time was an export of the vehicle discussedOur pricing was more than aggressive, as we agreed to a sale price below dealer invoiceAlthough we have nothing but good intentions and look to assist our customers in any reasonable way, I do not feel as though it is fair that I have to renegotiate after the deal has been completedThank you and for further reference regarding this matter please contact meBarry S***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business is completely missing the point I am not attempting to renegotiate the price for the vehicle My complaint clearly states that the issue at hand is the failure of the business to issue proper documentation required to bring the car to Ecuador, specifically, an itemized invoice clearly stating the base price/MSRP of the vehicle plus the extras The business and its representatives knew from the get go of this critical piece of documentation we required to proceed with the purchase Not only they had this information but they compromised and offered to issue such documentation in the manner requested That was a deal-braker for us With this knowledge, however, the dealer and its employees deliberately engaged in deceitful sales practices just to ensure their end of the deal is met We have NO vehicle as it was damaged, plus, once we get it, we won't be able to take it back to our country The dealers response continues to add insult to injury by just chosing to send a boiler plate response which evidently reflects their lack of interest in serving their customers need I'd like to reiterate that I'm not looking to renegotiate the terms of a transaction, I expected all along the dealer and its associates to meet their compromise and issued the proper documentationIf they were not going to be able to fulfill my request, they could have easily expressed that and I would have taken my business elsewhere Instead, they blatantly lied over and over again In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Sailboat bay Apartment has no interest whatsoever in repairing the problems in my apartment.I have made multiple complaints to them & they did nothing
Upon move in March 1st, 209 I was told by thee previous manger they would change out my fridge to new fridge, they would change out my kitchen cabinets they are broken and has bad odor that cause the kitchen to smell. They had not made any effort to fix any of the problems. April 19, 2019 I left out of state and returned on the 28th and flew out for a job training the following morning, my spouse *** went by my apartment to make sure everything was ok and my ceiling had water marks and carpet was wet along side my bed, clothes, shoes, bags,sofa and a few other items where soaked and has mildew and bad odors. My spouse told them about it and they did not attend to it right away. I came home on the 6th to go to the office my self they told me the manager was out due to funeral. I waited 3-4 days before she returned, they took around a week and a half to fix my ceiling and they did not replace any of my damage items. On June 8, 2019 I called the leasing office and told them about my Air Condition and they said they have to put in a work order, days goes by I called they said they had to put in a work order still no AC got fixed. My bathroom ceiling is leaking and has water marks with mildew alongside my front room leaks as well. I have room photos as well. Weeks pass no one showed up to get any of the problem fixed. I went to the leasing office June 18th, 2019 about the same problem they said they will put in a work order and have someone come out and fix the issue still no one showed up. I still call them every day and still nothing changes. On July 5, 2019 I called the leasing office and told them if I get home and my AC is not fixed and my other issues I will be getting "Revdex.com involve" she then say they don't have a key for my apartment which is not true. I had to purchase a fan because I cannot take the heat. I have made around 4/5 keys and give to the apartment. When I was away my spouse cuts keys me give to them so they could do a walk through. my friend had stopped by my apartment as well and they said they wanted a key to install a water meter when I was at work and she gave them a key. I am over and tired of this situation with this apartment. I have told them about there roaches as well and all they said was they can put me on the list to get my apartment spray.this is not healthy.

Desired Outcome

I would like to move out and I shouldn't be charge for rent for this month for living under this kind of living. I need a month to get somewhere to move out.

Mrs. reported the issues to our office and we have repaired the AC unit, and inspected all the issues she listed on this complaint. The fridge and cabinets are in good condition, therefore they do not need to be replaced. We have addressed all the work orders she has given us.As far as her pest problem, we do preventive maintenance 2 times a month and would be glad to place her on the list should she need us to. We scheduled a vendor to attempt to address her water stain marks but the resident refuses to let us in to do the work. We would be happy to resolve the water stain in her apartment when she allows us accesses. Should Mrs. have any other concerns she can contact us or appear in person at the office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have no issues with the repair, nor with the price as stated before It is preposterous that you are in fact stating in your response that my original request is one to "alter numbers based on some type of tax savings" You and all individuals at Eastchester Chrysler invlolved in the transaction know very well what took place and what was asked from me Your sales manager Jeff F* after verbally assaulting and harrassing my wife, finally apologized when he realized she was on the phone with Jeep regarding the issues transpired at your dealership MrF* even said that he will "fire the two sales associates who lied to us" so, please do not attempt to turn the tables now and wrongfully accused me of asking you to "alter numbers" My ask at all times was very simple I was requesting and itemized bill stating the base price of the vehicle plus any and all extras included However, this issue is almost irrelevant as we have learned the company, Jeep, that their policy prevents exporting new vehicles out of the country You and your associates are well aware of this company policy which, apparently, you blatantly disregarded to proceed with a fraudelent transaction assuring me: 1) that I wold be able to take the vehicle out of the country, and 2) that you would provide an itemized bill You and/or your associates were in the obligation to inform of this policy soonafter I mentioned my and my family moving out of the country by the end of September and our desire to bring with us a new vehicle I have requested Jeep to escalate this grievance and as I am a shareholder as well, I will be reaching out to investor relations as soon as Jeep assigns a case number Please do not continue to paraphrase your sales manager, MrF*, when this past Wednesday afternoon he yelled in front of customers and employees "you are forcing my franchise to break the State and Federal laws!You want to avoid taxes here and in your countryYou paid cash! Where did you get the funds?!..."I understand drive and ambition in business but, lack o ethics, morality and basic decency, I do not.
