This apartment complex is way out of line, out of order and Highly outdated.
As of last Friday, my mother , baby sister and I have been served a 30 day notice. and when we went to the office to find out what was the reason , they made up little reasons that were basically false with no evidence that we were the issue. My mother is almost 60 with a list of things wrong with her health including lung cancer. We lived here for six years and within those years we tried to stay to ourselves and even clean up after previous tenants that got us in this situation. The landlord is very cold and rude, my mother has been in this area looking for a new place with no luck what so ever, and we have no transportation so the heat and distances are taking its toll on my mother . I am scared for her health and the landlord told us not to come back again to the office . I'm tired of this, and the sloppiness of this office , not to mention the rudeness. This place has a LONG history of a roach infestation, messy and broken living conditions and the maintenance are lazy most of the time, my mother has seen rats in the buildings and they are so low on budget , they don't even do upgrades or updates. it took us weeks before to get our heater fixed and we had to deal with the heat. they never helped us clean the carpets and air filters, because my mom has severe asthma. its gotten so bad , her doctors are trying to get in contact to make them do something. I've noticed that every time they got a lot of reports about their buildings and apartments , they try to fix them temporarily so they can look good in front of the Revdex.com and *** . But I am sick and they should be ashamed of themselves to be this out of code and lazy. Now me and my family are struggling to find a new place to stay, because we are getting thrown out over false hearsay. Not to mention we accumulated evidence over the labor day weekend and shown them that it wasn't us that did any of the things they put on our file and they're still being unreasonable . I don't know what to do or where to go next, I have a sick elder mom and a minor sister to look out for and they don't seem to care if my mom gets rushed to the hospital from all of this. I need your help. If you make a visit here, you'll notice so much that's out of place. And I kind of hope that the office gets a new staff. I know a few other tenants that are treated unfairly as well.

The business is completely missing the point.  I am not attempting to renegotiate the price for the vehicle.  My complaint clearly states that the issue at hand is the failure of the business to issue proper documentation required to bring the car to Ecuador, specifically, an itemized invoice clearly stating the base price/MSRP of the vehicle plus the 2 extras.  The business and its representatives knew from the get go of this critical piece of documentation we required to proceed with the purchase.  Not only they had this information but they compromised and offered to issue such documentation in the manner requested.  That was a deal-braker for us.  With this knowledge, however, the dealer and its employees deliberately engaged in deceitful sales practices just to ensure their end of the deal is met.  We have NO vehicle as it was damaged, plus, once we get it, we won't be able to take it back to our country.  The dealers response continues to add insult to injury by just chosing to send a boiler plate response which evidently reflects their lack of interest in serving their customers need.  I'd like to reiterate that I'm not looking to renegotiate the terms of a transaction, I expected all along the dealer and its associates to meet their compromise and issued the proper documentation. If they were not going to be able to fulfill my request, they could have easily expressed that and I would have taken my business elsewhere.  Instead, they blatantly lied over and over again.

called the company twice since filing my complaint and was told they'd look into it and get back to me, and have the service department get in touch with me, but they've yet to do so, the car has started acting up and I'm beginning to get really worried, just yesterday a car dashed in front of me as I was changing lanes and I was unable to stop it on time and wound up having an accident, it was only a fender bender and no one was hurt,but whose to say I'll be so lucky next time, my fiance was shaken up pretty bad behind that, I need to have this issue resolved before me and my family are seriously injured Sincerely,[redacted]
