Yes, actually, I would like for them to be penalized in some way. Apparently, after doing some more research they continuously do this and they show no signs of stopping. They apparently have lied to other customers regarding payments and interest rates, according to what I'm...
reading. I also this morning looked on line AGAIN and found the SAME CAR I was lied to about last night, and it shows it is STILL available for purchase. I then contacted them via a different email address for myself to which they responded stating they would be more than happy to show me the vehicle, when can I come in for a test drive. So, they obviously purposely lie to their customers, via the web page as well as communication, on what is available and what is not. That car does not exist and they leave it on their website, for an EXTREMELY cheap price, and monthly amount and tell the customer they can come in and purchase it, when it's not even there.I would love it if there were some sort of reprimand that could be done, so that this does NOT continue to happen. They sincerely should be shut down.

already paid for i,after they dishonored our agreement I had to repurchase the same part for the full price again and they refuse to reimburse me for that

Barry has proven that him and his staff are extremely unprofessional and are unaware of what customer service is. Judging by his response, I now understand why he would staff like minded individuals. Barry is illuding to the fact that I was trying to get a discount or a tax cut when I clearly had supporting documentation stating I was a Virginia resident. I had my lease and proof of employment. His response does not solve the issue at hand. If he wasn't worried about being petty and took the time to read my complaint he wouldn't respond in an informed manner. Also, I'm unaware of what BZ Auto is but this terrible company is, Eastchester Chrysyler Dodge Jeep located in the Bronx. This company need a complete revamp in staff.

Many Defects gone unfixed, advertised price is less than requesting, used high-pressure techniques for me to sign lease, did not notify my legal rep
I am a refugee, current legal resident and have my USA Citizenship Test soon. I have lived in the same apartment complex and apartment these past 5 years. I have had my rent go up every year by $25-50/ year, which is ok. However, over these past 5 years I have had to deal with many issues in my small studio apartment. Health & Sanitation with mold in carpet, black mold in bathroom and water heater, Bed Bugs, Roaches, ignoring/ failure to fix problems like, bathroom and kitchen leaks, ceiling leaks, etc. There has been some effort this year to repair a few items and remove the carpet, after my Doctor and nurses sent complaints regarding concerns for my health and respiratory status. Just this month, because of the slight improvements, they have decided to increase my rent from $500 to $600 per month and forced me to sign another lease. I am Disabled and live on a fixed income of $735/ month. I cannot live on $135/ month! I also have a legal representative payee, whom is responsible for my financial matters and signing of documents, especially in English. So the lease that they forced me to sign is actually invalid. When I and my Rep tried to discuss this with the office manager, "NANDA", he refused to give us any information regarding the owner, besides the name " NELLY L." Nanda stated that I try to call back in the morning or he could give Nelly my information to call me. I am still waiting for an answer. This apartment complex and the staff have been very untrustworthy, unreliable and continue to change their answers regarding all questions. There is something not right with the staff & management team that makes me suspicious of possible illegal, definitely sub-standard and high health risks. I need help & answers and do not know where else to turn. I have called other offices- SSI, homeowners assoc, Health Dept without success. Today I will be contacting ADA. Thank you for your time and help with this matter.
I would like the manager to honor my current rent amount of $500. I am on a fixed income with Disability/ SSI, and paying $600/ month is unacceptable and very much impossible for me. I do not have the resources to move. I would also like a full investigation of the backgrounds, competence/ training of all the office staff, including the supervisor NANDA and Owner NELLY. There is something very suspicious about their activities and charging more money every month or fees. Most of this community are refugees and do not read/ write English, therefore they do not know what the charges are for, scared to ask questions and end up just paying whatever money they are charged. It is sad and scary that people will take advantage of others.
We addressed Mr. ***'s issues before the complaint was filed. Rent increases are to level with market rate. We advertise the same rate that we quote current residents and new move ins. These rates can fluctuate on a daily basis. We do not pressure anybody to sign any documents. Upon lease expiration all residents are able to move out without any penalty and are not forced to sign another lease regardless of language barriers. we advise residents that speak another language to bring an interpreter as we do not provide translators.
