We negotiated with the customer based on a budget they conveyed to our sales staff upon walking into our showroom. A copy of the window sticker, dealer invoice, buyers order, and Bill of sale were given to the customer at time of delivery expressing the sale price and state fees. They wished to...

renegotiate the terms two days after the sale was completed which is not possible. This transaction included New York State insurance, plates, registration, tax and dmv fees and at no time was an export of the vehicle discussed. Our pricing was more than aggressive, as we agreed to a sale price below dealer invoice. Although we have nothing but good intentions and look to assist our customers in any reasonable way, I do not feel as though it is fair that I have to renegotiate after the deal has been completed. The claim is due to millage. I had to drive on the car until it could be taken back. They are counting a week in #of days which included a weekend and they couldnt even get me in since they said they were booked. This vehicle is a work vehicle that requires use 7 days a week which is why the millage is on there. I would like a full investigation. Thursday to tuesday, with monday being a federal holiday.

Good morning,
I am writing to indicate my desired outcome for my complaint. I would like for the outcome to be my refund of $500. Also, I would want for the dealership to stop any further credit inquiries, as this would be a detriment to my credit history. Tell us why here...

We canceled our deal with you. You canceled the insurance that we paid for and it was refunded to you and we are waiting for you to return the money to us. Our Attorney is preparing a letter now to take you to court to return the money to us.

resolved because:1. the business has neither explained nor apologised for the fact that we were not notified that the original registration application was rejected.2. The business has not offered any compensation for rescheduling appointments that were missed as a direct result of their failure to notify us3. The business has offered no apologies for the difficulty of speaking with them, nor the rudeness of their manager in hanging up the call.4. Furthermore, the insurance informed me telephonically that the identification card was correct and the DMV would have accepted the third version sent, despite Eastchester's claims to the contrary. A representative of the business assured me last Wednesday that he would speak directly with the insurance company, and promptly left early for the day

Several options were given to the customer including different vehicles and payment plans, lease and finance. At no point was a "bait and switch" a part of this purchase. Both vehicles were ready for sale, the customer was presented options and based on financial constraints (monthly payment) and...

vehicle selection Eastchester CJDR provided the best possible scenario. All $10,000 of down payment was disclosed on the lease contract and used to pay $2681.81 for tax, $250 for DMV, $623.12 for first payment and the balance went towards cap cost reduction. The customer signed a buyers order, bill of sale, and a contract to purchase. No issues came about until they were notified by a 3rd party that "if" the vehicle were to be in a total loss then their down payment would not be returned. I am willing and able to help our customer put themselves in a better monthly payment situation if they choose to "buy out" the lease and convert into a finance, stretching the term and lowering the payment somewhat, but I cannot return the $10,000 down payment. The vehicle is in good working order and we did nothing wrong.

The ticket has been paid and a copy of the receipt was sent to the customer

After receiving 7 incorrect  insurance cards from the customer the paperwork is at motor vehicle now being processed.

the amount of $300.00 for my inconvenience of having to park my vehicle because they did not receive the tags in time or within the 30 days they had to do it.  I want what was promised to me in writing from Bob E[redacted] in his email to me on 2/* that he will mail me a check via over night mail in amount of $300.00.  I've called, sent emails, & even wrote letters to him, my salesman (Lemar Davis) & the general manager (Barry Schean) with no response!  I just want what was promised to me in writing on 2/7. I have copies of his email & forwarded them to NY Revdex.comB on this original complaint.  They won't respond in any form! As if today, 4/* I did not receive the overnighted $300 or a response to any attempts I made to this dealership! Sincerely,[redacted]

It defies belief that any business can speak this way to their customers and still be in business. The tone of these responses is public proof of the sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism of this business.The amounts claimed are exact reimbursements of the expenses incurred by Eastchester CJD's incompetence in this matter. This is obvious to anyone reading my claims. Were your "apology" in any way sincere, you would have jumped at the opportunity to fix the damage caused by your negligence.
