In reviewing this complaint, it appears that the cost of switching to the 0% was $1000. There is always an exchange for low interest rates for cash incentives that car dealers/manufactures offer. At the time of purchase it appears that the customer was made aware of the % offer and
he chose to go with the 0% offer he signed. It appears both options were offered and due to religious or personal reasons Mr*** chose the latter and entered into that contract. As a car dealer we do not set the interest rates and if there is a tradeoff to get a lower rate as required by the bank or manufacturer, then the customer can and does decide which payment makes more sense to their household. Although I can’t offer any change in the contract the customer signed, I will be happy to look at his mirror and have it repainted at his convenience in the next days and although we are very stringent in our policy for recording mileage, for the sake of goodwill, I will authorize an oil change that the customer may use in the next months for any bad taste left for poor customer service on our part Regards, *** *** Chief Operations Officer The Autobarn *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
First, I want the Autobarn Nissan of Evanston to REFUND me in FULL the charges they put on my contract without my consent and without my approval for the following:
-Contract number Complete Car Care in the amount of $USD
-Autoguard Certification in the amount of $USD
- Theft Shield Registration in the amount of $USDAll the above charges combines in the total amount of $must be refunded towards my Nissan Account as soon as possible!
Second, I did not qualified for the $Federal Credit like they promised me instead I got back only $so they should refund me the difference of $6000! If I knew I would not qualified for the full $from Federal I WOULD NOT BUY THIS CAR, EVER!

At Autobarn Nissan we do not force customers to purchase items they do not want. I called [redacted] and let her know as soon as her purchase is funded by the lender that purchased her loan, I will mail her a refund.

I have spoken with the customer and advised him that a fluid sample should have been taken by the dealer that was handling the claim.  That sample was to be analyzed to determine if the fluid was correct or not.  Either way The Autobarn and its employees never adjusted, added, or deleted any fluid from this transmission.  Due to mileage the transmission fluid did not need nor would we have addressed the fluid unless a driveability concern presented itself.  We have no responsibility to pay for any repairs on this vehicle.

able to prove to me that the vehicle does indeed have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty which I was able to validate by having another dealership check the VIN in their system where they showed that the CPO warranty is active until 2022 or 100,000 miles.  In addition, I was refunded for the $250 from the USAA/TrueCar car buying service discount and the $400 for the Autoguard.  I was not refunded for the Theftshield as [redacted] indicated on the TrueCar paperwork that the Theftshield was identified as "anti-theft" and the price point matched up.  I am very satisfied with the result, it is unfortunate that it took this level of effort to have the company uphold their end of what should have been a straightforward transaction.

General Manager Miki [redacted] had the warranty cancelled when requested but  the customer had moved and we had not been notified we Reissued a new check and sent to new address per customer request. this has been resolved.

Spoke with Nissan consumer affairs customer dose have the service contract but was never filed in the system. Everything is done...

and handled I did speak with [redacted] from Nissan and he did forward my contact info to the customer I just got involved with this issue when Nissan called.
if customers needs to get in touch with me please send them my contact info thank you .
I would be more then happy to give the customer the money back for the service contract !!!
