handled I did speak with [redacted] from Nissan and he did forward my contact info to the customer I just got involved with this issue when Nissan called.
if customers needs to get in touch with me please send them my contact info thank you .
I would be more then happy to give the customer the money back for the service contract !!!

Ms. [redacted] contacted our sales manager [redacted] at the end of August requesting Autobarn Nissan to pay a balance due Honda. After [redacted] contacted Honda to get a breakdown of the fees they were asking for. Autobarn sent $369.67 for late fees caused by Autobarn returning the vehicle late. The additional...

money owed is Ms. [redacted]'s responsibility. The other charges are for a disposition fee and taxes on the disposition fee.

I spoke to customer and we will cut the customer a check back for $144.0

[redacted] is actually Autobarn Mazda's customer. I did look into [redacted] refund and verified the refund was sent and [redacted] did receive it.

me and resolved my complaint.  Of the original issues he was able to prove to me that the vehicle does indeed have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty which I was able to validate by having another dealership check the VIN in their system where they showed that the CPO warranty is active until 2022 or 100,000 miles.  In addition, I was refunded for the $250 from the USAA/TrueCar car buying service discount and the $400 for the Autoguard.  I was not refunded for the Theftshield as [redacted] indicated on the TrueCar paperwork that the Theftshield was identified as "anti-theft" and the price point matched up.  I am very satisfied with the result, it is unfortunate that it took this level of effort to have the company uphold their end of what should have been a straightforward transaction.

I am rejecting this response because: it is an absolute joke that this dealership disavows any responsibility for the inoperable condition of my 2014 vehicle purchased there merely 2 months ago due to their shoddy maintenance practices. If indeed "everything" was done on my vehicle(they claim a 168 point safety inspection performed prior to resale, allegedly), how do you miss the most basic item such as the incorrect transmission fluid installed which caused my transmission to totally fail, requiring replacement? They drove the vehicle for 2000 miles and didnt notice this? Impossible to believe. They claim they work toward lifetime relationships with their customers. What a joke. Those are merely hollow words. In reality they are totally non-accountable and dismissive. Did nothing wrong? They also sent me on the road with essentially bald tires. That is unconcionable and dangerous. I am not going away. You now have a lifetime nemesis, where, if they were true to their hollow advertising, I could have been a lifetime customer. Shame on you for your crass treatment of a 30 year veteran of service to this country.
